[The feed starts with this young guardian prince fidgeting around a bit as tries to see if he's doing this properly. So for a moment, there's a closeup of one of his aquamarine eyes with rather unique pupil that appears to be a pawprint. Then he sits back and clears his throat a little with a smile.]

Hello. Can anyone see me?

It's nice to meet you all. I'm Chung Seiker of Hamel. I've been here for around two months now but this is the first time I've used this device so I do apologize if I'm doing anything wrong.

Anyway, my purpose for communicating with all of you in this manner is that I would like to ask if there are any existing patrols set up in the dormitory levels, especially at night to help anyone who might be stranded outside their rooms and left at the mercy of the monsters. If there are, I would like to join them and if there aren't, are there any plans to set one up?

And another question I have is... does anyone know of any good places for fishing here? Can we eat the fish in the aquarium? Has anyone tried them?

So there are monsters here? Are you interested in starting a monster clean up crew? If I'm stuck in this hell hole, I might as well do something I'm good at. Sure, I'll patrol with you. More importantly, what's a kid like you wanting to patrol for monsters for?

Yes, there are. They usually come out at night.

A clean up crew? Sure! That sounds alright to me.

Eh? But I'm not kid! [Well, he kind of is, he's only 16 but...!] And I'm a Guardian, have been fighting monsters for a long while now! [The last 3 years in fact!]

Tch. I wonder what else the morons have thought up for this place.

Well, they do conduct some rather horrific experiments now and again...

I am not! I'm 16 now and been in many battles!

Trust me kid, I'd be willing to bet I know more about battles and horrible experiments than you.

[He lets out a soft sigh.]

It's kids like you that should stay out of the darkness and leave it to the hellbound like me.

I'm not exactly a good guy. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't start evil for the sake of it, but I'm just as hellbound as those that do. There's no way that I could ever be accepted in the light, no matter what I did to atone for my time in the darkness. But people like you are different.

I seek to go hunting or fishing myself. Perhaps, we could both find this aquarium? [He was curious and making new friends might aid him in his hunt.]

As for monsters, if you need someone to help fight monsters, I can aid you with my sword.

Thank you! I don't really need help fighting them. I just want to protect anyone who might not be able to fight the monsters on their own. [As he is a Guardian. The Guardian Prince of his kingdom!]

I am new to the tower alas, I do not know where the aquarium is. Perhaps if you provide me with the floor number I can meet you there? [He could fight monsters and was a dab hand with a fishing rod or net.]

I don't think there are any organized patrols, but there are plenty people that go out at night and clean up independently.

[Riku would know, he is one of those people.]

As for the fish in the Aquarium - and in general; unless you know for sure that a fish is eatable, keep you hands off. There are a lot among them that are inedible or even poisonous.

I see... Is there a reason why their aren't any organized ones?

I see... Well, I guess I do recognize some of them. Do you know if there is perhaps a guide on the different species of fish found here?

I'm not sure. I think it might be related to the traffic in and out of the tower. People appear, then disappear - sometimes it's hard to keep track. Besides, what's been done so far, has worked pretty well for most of us.

You can try the library on Floor 3. Not sure if the books there will list all the fish though.
