[She's calming down from the whole thing, her eyes closed and a little shudder running through her. There was a part of her that was furious, wanted to hurt them, to punish the administrators for doing that to her, brainwashing her, cutting her, making her hunger like that.

Oh, that part, it wanted blood, but she tempered it, controlled it and as her eyes closed, she giggled. It wasn't a particularly sane giggle.]

That... that was a fun little game, wasn't it?

I wonder... was it merely a whim, or was there a purpose to our wanton playmates?

Oh nothing much... a little brain surgery and sending me out to hunt the halls and do their bidding. Quite painful. Wrapped up in collars and razor-blades. They seem to obsess over bloody imagery.

It has left me a little... disturbed, yes. Filtering some of the urges away takes time, after all, and I've never been one to handle stress like others.

Try not to hurt anyone while returning to normal. I don't care but someone else might, ze.

I... think I can control myself that much, hehe. I'm staying away from a few people, just in case...

I have always had a somewhat macabre sense of humor. This place does few favors for that, and really... I find most of their screaming irritating more than anything.

Well, whatever floats your boat as long as it ain't dealing with vampires.

... To be honest... I've never seen one that I know of, which is actually a little odd given my past.

If they don't got wings, they tend to hide themselves pretty well.

This place... does not allow you to hide nearly as much as you might like. The price is far too high.

You must constantly go back to the same rooms or die... live in cramped little chambers with others, or sruggle madly to claim space in a hotel...

It kinda sucks we have to share rooms, but it's not as bad as it could be.

I wouldn't. The irritation is too great for the security that is nothing but an illusion. I cope with the shared room... most nights.

That is normal, but I would say it is also something of a survival mechanism. A little paranoia goes a long way here.

There's a difference between a little paranoia and so much you don't want to share a room with someone else.

mmm, Don't want to, but I can deal with it. But where I have lived, kill or be killed is something of a natural state.

Living with those you do not trust is a risk.

Same with where I'm from, but I ain't paranoid. I can protect myself.

A difference of methods and perspective. Nothing more, then. I do not mind a little paranoia. It keeps my blood flowing.
