[She's calming down from the whole thing, her eyes closed and a little shudder running through her. There was a part of her that was furious, wanted to hurt them, to punish the administrators for doing that to her, brainwashing her, cutting her, making her hunger like that.

Oh, that part, it wanted blood, but she tempered it, controlled it and as her eyes closed, she giggled. It wasn't a particularly sane giggle.]

That... that was a fun little game, wasn't it?

I wonder... was it merely a whim, or was there a purpose to our wanton playmates?

Demon... yes, that word would also probably work, though I'd warn against assuming they're just general demons. I've seen creatures like these hold things like Lucifer in check.

As for his actual powers? No, I'm afraid I haven't gotten a clear picture of those yet.

We had... guests. For a while others from another world, not unlike this apparently, were here. Something from there assaulted them. There was a fight, and we saw it. It was not an instant victory.

That, and I have seen one of his kind die, at another's hands.

Would it suprise you to know I am from that other world?

Not a shred. Would it shock you to know I was from a third?

No. I am familiar with the mechanics of this place, and the one I most recently came from, Hinoto-Ri. Our stay here as your guests was... less than pleasant.

Tell me about the death though, that is the most important bit, I think.

It was just after. Another accidental feed shortly later lost without record. Ruana devoured Dax. A bit of politics between them, I believe. Some of the longer-term guests would know more of the reasons.
