...Raven. Remember when I told you that things will turn out alright in the end? As long as we all stuck together? I... I'm finding it hard to believe in that now. One agonizing month wandering on the husk of our world, and I found nothing. Not even the smallest trace of El Energy. It just doesn't seem possible to revive it anymore...

What's really bothering you? The thought that it might be hopeless now? Or is it the thought of having lost everything familiar to you- your purpose, your home, your place in a world that'll still go on regardless of whatever you might be going through?
[The queries end up coming out somewhere in that vast expanse between blunt and harsh, and gently inquiring. This is entirely about Rena herself, but if it sounds somewhat personal, as if he's speaking from experience, he is. It's how he found himself after truly awakening in Altera.]
