Does anybody know any way to make it more, I dunno, bearable? Like, is there anything to do or something? Anything at all.

Well, concentration camps were like these places where Hitler took all the Jews and made them do work and stuff and, well, he killed most of them, but he didn't like Jews and stuff so he was trying to get rid of all of 'em. To "cleanse the world" or something. And Auschwitz was like, the most famous one. I dunno why.

[She's not sure if that's a good enough explanation for him, but she's not a goddamn historian.]

[She closes her eyes momentarily, breathing deeply to keep from yelling. First Silent hill, now this? If Heather believed there was a god she'd be sure he hated her.]

Why the hell did they bring me here?

There are many floors with distractions...while many are dangerous, many of the lower levels have ordinary things - the workshop and the "media room" have been mentioned already...

...This place is large enough I think it's best to ask the things you enjoy doing.

Wait, how are they dangerous? What's up there?

Ah...it differs from level to level. Most are harmless if you don't step off the staircase, and most are simply unsettling or strange, but some have traps, and some are dangerous in their own right otherwise. There are just over a hundred levels in this tower, so I don't think I could name them all without going to look, myself.

[She looks up at the ceiling, obviously not seeing the immense height he's talking about through the ceiling of this floor.]

A hundred floors? Shit, how could you need that many?

[She looks back into the screen, realizing she has no idea where she is in this enormous building.]

And, which floor am I on now?

Our architect is hit with frenzies of inspiration at times...he doubled this tower's height in one month once.

...Considering you're looking up, you aren't on a living floor, so you must be in one of the libraries - either the third or the nineteenth. Is the floor below you the infirmary?
