Hello to those I have not met yet. My name is Tear Grants. I am the companion of the two Luke fon Fabres, Asch the Bloody and Guy Cecil that have resided in the tower for a while now. After some discussion, I have decided to offer healing and fighting lessons twice a week in the meadow on the twenty-fifth floor. The first time will be on the 17th at 8pm. The second will be the 20th at 8pm. All are welcome to join me to learn. I'm sure that there will be other magic users and fighters, if you are not interested in learning in how to heal.

I'm not sure if I could really contribute much to either of the lessons, but all the same, I'd like to come watch, if that would be all right.

Yes, of course for those not from Auldrant, I'll have to see what kind of artes or magic you can handle before I can assess skill levels.

F-fon Master? Of course! You're welcome to come watch if you wish.

I mean, Mr Brooks, by using magical artes to heal. However, I have extensive first aid training as well for those who cannot use artes or healing magic.

I have some basic first aid training myself if you need an extra hand, although teaching isn't really my forte.

But you're from Auldrant. That means you do your healing with the Seventh Fonon, right? Would any of us really be able to learn?

[Sheba sounds thoughtful - if it's possible, she'd love to learn how to heal. The closest thing she had was a Djinni that just numbed wounds with electricity, and that definitely wasn't the same thing.

And, um... do you have to call him "Asch the Bloody"? "Asch" would work just fine.

I want to take the opportunity to see if others can learn to heal and use magic. I am also taking this opportunity to see what magic users we have at the tower.

There's lots of different types of magic. Some of it might overlap - but from what I heard, the Seventh Fonon's special...

[Sheba raises an eyebrow.]

My title is "Sheba, Child of the Gods, Holy Child of Lalivero," but you don't see people going around calling me that all the time, even if that is how I'm introduced to them the first time we've met. Are you really telling me you've called him "Asch the Bloody" every time you've spoken of him since your first meeting?

The Seventh Fonon is different, but this is also my opportunity to find out how much different it is from other kinds of magic. Think of it as...research.

Not really. Our first meeting consisted of trying to keep him from killing myself and my traveling companions. I used Asch's title to avoid any confusion, since there might be other people with the same sounding name.

Yeah, I'll be there. I don't have anything planned...

I have enough, but not with any weapons. Why?

You use magic to heal?

I know how to use a healing symbol, but that's about it when it comes to healing besides some basic first aid. [It also wasn't 'magic', but he wasn't going to split hairs there.

This magic stuff sounded pretty fascinating, though.] I don't know if I can learn, but it would be interesting to see.

I'll be there both days. I really do train on that floor every day, so I may as well sit in while you're there.

I don't normally leave my room without it..but is there some special reason why?

Isn't it dangerous for people who aren't Seventh Fonists to even try and use it? Research all you want, and I'll come so you can see what magic from my world is like, but... be careful, okay?

[She tilts her head to the side, studying the text on the screen intently. She can't help but frown at the words.]

He doesn't really introduce himself with his title here - not that I've seen. More people know him as "Asch." [In other words, the use of the title might be causing more confusion than simply saying "Asch" would have.] He's more than just his title... and I don't think there are many people with names that sound similar to his. It's not the most common of names.

Sorry, Luke! I still haven't figured out everything. Link showed me how to use it, but I'm still trying to iron out the details.

[There's the sound of some shuffling around.] Then I will see you there.
