Hello to those I have not met yet. My name is Tear Grants. I am the companion of the two Luke fon Fabres, Asch the Bloody and Guy Cecil that have resided in the tower for a while now. After some discussion, I have decided to offer healing and fighting lessons twice a week in the meadow on the twenty-fifth floor. The first time will be on the 17th at 8pm. The second will be the 20th at 8pm. All are welcome to join me to learn. I'm sure that there will be other magic users and fighters, if you are not interested in learning in how to heal.
Thank you for your time, fellow residents.

[That whine is totally teasing; he's smiling at the camera.]
Like I said, I'll be there if you don't mind putting up with me.

I look forward to seeing you there, but which day? I have something to give you.

Yes, of course for those not from Auldrant, I'll have to see what kind of artes or magic you can handle before I can assess skill levels.

I'm not sure if I could really contribute much to either of the lessons, but all the same, I'd like to come watch, if that would be all right.
[He won't go flinging Daathic Fonic Artes at anyone, really!]

Does that answer your question?

[Sheba sounds thoughtful - if it's possible, she'd love to learn how to heal. The closest thing she had was a Djinni that just numbed wounds with electricity, and that definitely wasn't the same thing.
After a moment, though, she does frown.]
And, um... do you have to call him "Asch the Bloody"? "Asch" would work just fine.

I want to take the opportunity to see if others can learn to heal and use magic. I am also taking this opportunity to see what magic users we have at the tower.
[There's a pause.]
That is his title. And how he bothered to finally introduce himself to me at the time.

...And what Sheba said is true. I haven't been using my title much, lately.
[It does have a certain reputation attached to it, after all, even out of Auldrant. As he said to Guy, you don't get called "the Bloody" for being covered in strawberry jam.]

[She gives him a slow look.] That tidbit of information would have been useful before Asch, but it's good to know nonetheless.

[Diarmuid respectfully bows his head toward her.]
I don't know if anyone has mentioned it to you or not, but there is another man in the tower by the name of Hei who has been working to set up a training school of sorts to help better prepare people to live here. So far I believe he has only been able to run one session because of the...events...that so often happen in this place, but perhaps you would be interested in coordinating your efforts with him at some point? I am sure he would be glad to hear from you. It would just be a matter of how well your methods of teaching mesh with his.
[He pauses a moment, seeming to think about something before continuing.]
Forgive me if this sounds rude, but the magic of your world allows you to teach others to heal? Or are you speaking more of a general type of healing?
[Considering how strictly magic is passed down through families in Diarmuid's world, it always amazes him when he hears of worlds where magic is so much more easily taught. And while he has no magical talent of his own, Diarmuid knows that his friend may be interested in talking with her sometime since he knows just how much Waver's weak healing skills bother him.]
Video
Thank you, sir, but I am offering the people here the power to take back their lives in any small way that they can. I would do it for anyone and I have done it before.
No, I've not met this Hei since my arrival, but I'd be glad to speak with him if he replies to this message or finds me in the Tower. I can usually be found on the top floor for a few hours during the mid afternoon.
[She gives Diarmuid a tiny smile.]
You don't sound rude at all. I understand that many of our worlds are different, but on Auldrant you only need the potential to interact with the different fonons. How well you do depends on how much of that particular fonon your body can maintain. I-I think on other planets they're referred to as elements?

She takes note of what she says about being from the same world as Asch. The use of the full title rubs at her a little though she can't explain why.]
Is it just those two days, or will you maybe do more later?
[She might sound a little worn, though she's doing her best to push it aside. Friends leaving does that to you]
Also, um... I want to learn more about healing, but do you know about other kinds of magic too?
[Since Asch is helping her with fighting with her Keyblade, she doesn't need so much help with that particular aspect.]
[voice]
Those two days will be the first of many, I hope. I'm only going to hold myself to those two days so that I can see how things go.
And I do use other artes...magics other than just healing. And so do others in the Tower, evidently. So, you'll be able to find someone to help you with anything I'm unfamiliar with?

Do you mind elaborating this healing magic? Just a little of it will do.

Seventh Fonists on my planet usually all have the ability to heal, if they're trained properly to do so. One taps into the energy of the planet to reconstruct how a person looked before they took the damage. Since the Seventh Fonon has to deal with the planet's memory particles, it's easier than it sounds.
[And Tear doesn't look happy with that explanation, but it's a simple as she can make it.]

video; filtered for her own ego's sake
She doesn't know how to heal, though. She's never had to, because there have been healers, and as a youkai, she's immortal. In this place, in order to protect those she cares for, learning to heal may be a necessity after all.]
...might I offer my own specialty, in exchange? My name is Patchouli Knowledge, and I'm an elemental magician by training and by birth. In my own world, magic duels are common, but they're never lethal; there are a set of rules that we all agree to follow, so we show our power and we settle any grudges we may have, but both duelists still remain standing. So I know how to fight - and could modify my magic to use against monsters easily enough while keeping it non-lethal against a resident, for self-defense - but I've never needed to master healing magic. Magic duels generally don't require healers.
...in this place, healing magic is more necessary than it was at home.

Can I assume that I will see you tonight then?

[She's really curious about the fact that it can be and it shows, but she refrains from asking any questions for now, instead moving onto more important matters.]
Um, is it okay if I come? I can't pay you for lessons. There's no money here.
