I've never had that happen to me before.. Although there were a few times where I thought I was asleep but I was actually awake, and the other way around too. Is that maybe a little like thinking you're dead while you're alive?

it's definitely an experience i don't recommend.
i guess it's kind of like that?
just scarier since you think you aren't alive.

Although maybe you could have thought "I'm still thinking, so I'm alive".. since I think you're not supposed to think anymore after you die.

Yeah, I thought that was sort of the difficult thing. Maybe there's a lot we can do in the afterlife, but we'll never figure it out, right? Since nobody has ever come back from the afterlife to tell us all about it.

Why would you pretend it's raining though? Most people don't like the rain. Maybe it's better to pretend the sun is shining brightly and we can all go sunbathe.

sometimes the rain can be calming.
i remember back at home i used to fall asleep when it was raining.
but a nice sunny day is good too.

I guess the rain's good, but not when it's falling on your head. Then you'll get all wet.

But if you're safe inside.. then it's a little nice. I like the sound of the rain too. It makes you feel less lonely.

being lonely is no fun.
rain is like one of those coping mechanisms.
the sun serves as that too!
some times you just need a little light in your life.
