There could be another force amongst the residents. I doubt it as well.

Or amongst the administrators. However if that is true, then even Jason isn't aware of them. That could be problematic if we don't learn more about them soon.

Yet again, this could merely be Jason trying to divide the residents of this tower. We know too little right now.
