[Attempted filter away from whoever runs the Tower, open to all 'prisoners']

Whatever our situation back home, or our feelings towards others in the tower, the fact remains that we are all prisoners here. There have been some terrible things done to some of us over the last few weeks, most of which seem to have no meaning or reason behind them.

In order to prevent these atrocities happening again, it is vitally important that we work as one and pool our information. As such, I have a number of questions that I hope at least someone here will be able to answer. With enough data compiled, I'm sure we will be able to start seeing a pattern and perhaps be able to predict their next actions.

1. Do the collar colours have any significance known yet?
2. Have any other experiments occurred?
3. How long has the longest-running prisoner been here?
4. Has anyone ever seen or spoken to one of those in charge?
5. Has anyone ventured successfully out of the Tower grounds?

1. We do not know for sure what the purpose of the collars are. There have been speculation, but they were all several degrees of separation from fact and therefore should not be trusted.
2. Not that I know of.
3. I have been looking into this myself, and it seems that the oldest resident has been here for about five months.
4. Just before I got here, there was a conference meeting with the owners of the tower; since then, the only addresses we have gotten was through either notes left in our rooms or videos through the network system, none of which can be replied to.
5. Not to my knowledge.

Nearly the beginning. The main way I learned about the meeting was through the network posts, which seemed to have been posted shortly before I arrived; there was a post from the owners describing the question and answer session, and a resident-based post shortly afterward which mentioned it briefly. You may be able to go back through the archives and access them as well.
