[Okay, so maybe adding the finishing touches on a suit of fusion-powered armor is a bit beyond the typical electronics hobbyist, but in Rick's mind anyone that can successfully fiddle with a circuit board is intelligent enough to build a jetpack. Right? Isn't that how these things work?]

I don't think it's finished yet. It looks like there are some parts missing...I remember what they are, but I don't know how to make them.

It's some kind of power suit, I think. One of my friends was working on it, and he never finished. But you shouldn't discredit yourself--you're really smart! I'm sure you can figure out how it works.

[And as promised, Rick will be there in a few minutes. The power suit is already there, strewn out in parts over one of the tables. And while the outside's brushed metal plating is simple enough, the parts which have open maintenance hatches let on that this is slightly more complicated than a radio. Only just.]
