Bad enough we have one Final Boss type sitting around and watching us.

[The thought of another final boss to fight wasn't an easy one to stomach for Veronica either and it showed on her face. She just wasn't as strong a fighter here as she was at home.]

Yeah, I wouldn't want to have to fight two "Final Bosses". Sounds like a hell of a lot of work.

We'd probably end up fighting a.. [A thought occurred to her.] a whale or something? That happened before, didn't it?

But I really don't feel like fighting two super-powered beings in a row, you know? I mean I love a good fight and all, but that'd just be ridiculous.

There's already a lot of super-powered beings around here already. That would make it even worse.

Yeah. Honestly, I've had enough with most of those types around here.

Considering I'm one of them, that's saying a lot.

Hey at the very least, if things go bad, we can offer someone up as a sacrifice or something.
