Hey... Well, after a rather traumatic month of freakish experimentation and getting locked out of my room - forcing me to live the hobo lifestyle no less; thanks guys - things seem to have returned to normal and yours truly is as ready as ever to boldly venture forward.

[Here he pauses, looking a little sheepish. Scratching at the back of his neck he continues, holding out both hands about a foot and a half apart. Yes, this is important. Yes, he is going to reach out to the Tower yet again]

I lost my dog. Er. He's stuffed so you'd think he wouldn't go far but Rowdy Jr. is special! Has spunk. [matter of factly] He answers by Rowdy. Junior. Jay Jay. Love of my life. Don't think the love between a man and his dog is weird. I can see you judging me and I don't appreciate it!

Has anyone seen him though? His return is much appreciated. [oh, there's a picture he's flashing now of a miniature poodle]

How did you manage to lose a stuffed furbeast?

He's a lot like his full-size counterpart. [frankly chipping in:] Not like we haven't seen stranger things here than a wandering stuffed dog.

[He's already singing "Papa was a rolling stone, wherever he hung his hat was his home" in his head. Can't be helped.]

I have not seen any dogs in my time here. However, the bond is... Understandable. A good friend of mine back home was quite fond of her dog.

[Appearances are deceiving in the Tower, and JD saw the experiments, so it suffices to say that squeak he made at taker #2 was only mild. Head tilting; he's halfway in his own thoughts of this guy in a top hat sipping Earl Grey. Powder blue dress shirt. Tapping his chin in thought]

I had a larger version of him back home. My best friend and I liked to bug his wife with Rowdy. [Good times, good times... sob] Maybe Rowdy Jr. just hit the space ship back on home.

Hey; do you like tea? [sudden jump back to his initial line of thought]

Perhaps. Or perhaps he is merely misplaced.

I do not remember... It's been a very, very long time since I had tea.

That's the strange thing. I hardly ever lug him outside of the dorms. This place is dangerous for the lil' guy. [shrug; rather serious]

That's disappointing. How old are you?

[He's already preparing a reply of 'you don't look a day over 1000']

Perhaps one of your roommates moved him?

I...am uncertain, as I stopped tracking time for a while. Roughly a couple of centuries, at least.

There's a doggy here? [BIGGEST SMILE]

That's right, sweetie. He likes to hide from me though. I've seen him floating around but who knows what's going on?

[trust me, he's had some creepy ghost dog daydreams]

The doggy can fly?! Soooo cool!! I wanna see him!

I dunno if he can fly but he's got some mysterious wandering ways...

He doesn't bark loud and he's small. If you find him? Well. I'll let him tag around with you for a bit.

[That's JD. Helping kids. In the creepy uncle way.]

D'you need help finding it- er, him?

[Rox, trying his damnedest to be helpful.]

[squints, and then awareness] Oi, Roxas. Haven't seen you in awhile! How's it hanging cool cat...?

[JD, stop trying to be hip and cool]

Him. And yeah, yeah I do. He usually doesn't stay gone this long.

...are you okay? [People had been acting funny during the experiments- for all he knew, they coulda been starting a new one.]

Does he usually disappear like this? [Rox is actually intrigued and believes in your magical dog, JD.] Is there any place he usually winds up?
