[...] Hello.
Scientists: I know you're most likely not listening, but is there a reason you've suddenly decided to destroy our worlds too? I'm unsure if I believe that, for starters, though the sudden change in environment-- recompensation, perhaps?
I've yet to recognize anyone, which surprises me a little... Everyone else is here too, right?
[pause.]
Does anyone have a hairbrush I could borrow?

[pause.]
Does anyone have a hairbrush I could borrow?
[all the action!]
[It rises up into the air out of her hand, and with a point of her finger drifts over to gently set back down where it'd come from.]
[all the action!] wow fuck my html up there LOL
I'm sorry, I don't mean to have you wear yourself out...
[he watches the book fall back into place, entranced nonetheless. then there's a sudden and abrupt thought in his head, that he wouldn't ask of under normal circumstances, but. it's hard to ignore with the opportunity so conspicuous. or so he'd like to think the reason to be.]
Is it considered light, or dark magic?
[all the action!] HTML fucks up everyone eventually, it's okay
[Her cavalier attitude fades at his question, though, because this hits close to home for her. She sombers.]
Telekinesis isn't anything; it's neutral. White magic in the sense of being purely 'light' uses energy from the Earth, and commits acts of pure good, without moral ambiguity. Dark magic... is the something for nothing stuff. I've done both-- the whole range-- if you're wondering.
[all the action!]
I see. [and however much he may be curious about that, it's time for something else.] How did you learn?
[all the action!]
[It did for her, anyway. While Willow never identified herself as such, anyone else from her world would immediately call her a prodigy at magic, the strongest witch on their half of the planet. She wasn't comfortable having that much power, and therefore wasn't about to bring it up if at all possible.]
[all the action!]
thus however hopeful, experience tells him the answer to his next question will most likely be a resounding agreement.]
I don't suppose someone could learn here.
[all the action!]
Theoretically, you could, but it takes a long time. Like it took me over a year just to float a pencil, and that wasn't even zooming it across the room -- that was just floating. It gets really dangerous if you go above your level, too, and...
Honestly I'm not a good candidate for a teacher. I can barely keep myself in line. In fact, a lot of the time, I can't keep myself in line. Sorry? [She does look sincerely apologetic, at least.]
[all the action!]
It's all right. That does give me hope, though, as I've otherwise only heard it's impossible for those without it in their home world to learn.
