I spent some time looking through the network backlog and tracking down the posts that the tower administrators have made before, and I have to say, I'm underwhelmed. A whole lot of ambiguous morals, incoherent and vaguely creepy requests for user log in, and a distressed child. Not a whole lot of answers.

So who's been around for a while? Is there anyone that's been here the longest? And do you have anything to add to the above, because I'm all ears. Even if we can't find a way out, it's worth trying to pool our information.

Before anyone asks why I'm saying this on the network that they presumably monitor, hey, I'd love to talk to them.

In the meantime I'm going to see if I can find out what keeps putting this thing on the fritz every so often, because it's majorly annoying, and also may be connected to something. Anyone computery want to help me out with that?

Well good! I don't want to make anyone sad. Except maybe a couple certain people, but let's not talk about them.

I've definitely never seen anyone as into their text formatting as trolls. It really has to be a cultural thing, like how you all feel like you need to wear your signs on your shirts and in the right colors, like a big flag for what position you are in society.

I'm glad you said it so that I didn't have to, but believe me, that's exactly what I was thinking. I don't want to be offensive, but wouldn't it help a lot if everyone stopped typing and wearing and talking about their color? Like getting to know each other first?

People are murderous douchebags no matter what color they are. That first part is their defining quality, not the second, in my opinion.

But it's heartening to hear that there's a revolution! And that you're leading it. I think you're doing something great.

Yeah, I didn't think it would work, really, it's just still something I'm getting used to. Personally I'm with you on the out and proud. Acting like you should be ashamed of it would rankle me something hefty.

The important things usually do happen by accident, I think. Something about how if we knew what we were getting into, we wouldn't get into it.

If it's worth it to you, then that's what's important. You're the one that has to live with it.

With getting into things that I don't know the full story on, causing huge, catastrophic, life-destroying accidents, and then it turns out to actually be really important and not end too horrifyingly badly? Yeah, you could say that I have experience.

And some things aside from blood. There's certain things about yourself that you were born with, and no one should be blamed for them.

But it really doesn't turn out so badly all the time. Which is good, or I might have to quit this whole do gooder thing and go back to being a do average-r.

There's a few things. I think it's like that with every species. For humans, we can have different skin colors, or you can be judged based on who your parents were (most humans are not genetically related), or what religion you were raised with or what part of the world you were born in. There's a whole list. The place I'm from tries to make it so you can't discriminate based on reasons like that, but you can guess that it doesn't always work.

Allowed, probably. Able to do? I'm gonna say no. Once you start helping people in danger, it's hard to turn off.

People are absolutely trying to make a difference. I can't tell you how much of a difference is being made, compared to what trolls have to go through. I know I can't really do much of anything, but if there's some way I can help, I want to.

It's a little rough on the vacation time, but it's not such a bad gig. I've met some great people this way.
