Hyrule is a very big country. The King... he worked very hard to unite everyone in it. That is why I do not believe different races cannot live in peace together; I have seen it first hand.

"He was a good king? Did he rule for a long time?"

[ Thinking on it, though... ]
The Gorons live on Death Mountain. A Great Fairy also resides there. The volcano is actually quite active, I was surprised.

[ Link is quite fond of Hyrule, but, hey. At least Taiki's not really scared, right? ]
The Great Fairies are the strongest of the fairies, and act somewhat like their Queens, I think. They also are directly connected to the three Goddesses who made our world: Din, Nayru, and Farore. Each Great Fairy seems to be under a particular Goddess, as well.
... I find it strange this Tower isn't anything like Hyrule is. There is very little magic to it... or life.

His eyes widened even more as Link went onto explain the goddesses.]
Do the Goddesses chose the Great Faries? [That was familiar at least if the Great fairies were the Queens.]
Sorry... it is very different... to where I come from as well... it is frightening that they can control... our powers...

No, not at all. Our Goddesses are entirely benevolent! I am certain of it. They are very kind, though I do not think they can directly interfere with anything going on in the world they created.
I think it is more that they... act indirectly, through people such as myself or the Great Fairies. They grant them things to pass on to others, like knowledge or magic. The Great Fairies themselves are also very kind--they will heal any traveler whom they are sure has been sent by the Royal Family. To a lesser extent, all fairies will offer to heal people, but it is very important that you treat them with kindness.
I suppose everyone knows the Royal Family... they are all very good people, though. The Princess, especially. She is my very good friend, and I do not think there is anyone kinder or wiser than her.

You were chosen by the gods? [He had so many questions, about the princess and fairies and more about the goddesses, but he didn't want to be annoying so he made himself ask just one.]

A very evil man has corrupted it. It is my job to stop him and restore the land to the way it used to be. He is very evil, but even he cannot stop good. I had almost succeeded before I was brought here; all that was left was saving the last Sage and then facing him in his Castle.
It is not easy to be courageous in the face of evil, but I believe that the people of my world are more important to me than being afraid.

... We must be positive, Taiki. If we are here, and we can be taken from any point, then surely our worlds, if they ARE gone, can be restored.
I believe this.
