Okay, fair enough. [Signless smiles up at the Highblood, a little nervous about having his arm around him, but he's survived it before, so he'll hopefully survive it again.

He gets up and puts in a movie and then sits down again]

Hopefully you'll like this better than the last one.

Pretty sure I motherfucking will. [He draws out the words a little, nestling comfortably into the couch. Fingers and claws drum idly on the couch as he waits for the movie to start.]

Title of the movie. [Sounds more like a command rather than a question, but his voice is deceptively pleasant.]

[He smiles. The way highbloods order people around instead of just asking them is sort of endearing, if only because it's clear they don't know any other way to be.

Agreeably, he reels off the majority of the title. It's a blackrom movie, dark and violent. It's not his favourite one, at all, but this time he chose something that would cater to the Highblood's tastes.]

How does that sound?

[The highblood finds it almost touching how the Signless goes through all this trouble to "tickle his motherfucking fancy", and nods lazily as the other troll reads it to him.]

Sounds motherfucking perfect, motherfucker. [He chuckles, and that hand that's around the couch clamps down heavily on the Signless's shoulder in a rough but somewhat friendly embrace.]

[He's not a fainting flower, despite being pocket-sized, and he snuggles into the Highblood's side in response to the rough embrace, grabbing the popcorn and putting it in his lap, within easy reach of both of them]

I'm glad it appeals.

[pleased in a weird way with the cute reaction, he brings his hand back onto the couch and watches the screen with a content, half-lidded look in his eyes. The fierce grin remains.

As the movie begins, the first scene starting with a loud punch to a troll's face, he even picks at the popcorn a little, lulling himself into a sense of comfort and relaxation. He can rest easy right now because it's just too easy, and it's an interesting movie within just the first five minutes.]

[Signless relaxes as well. Though he was getting a weird vibe before, it seems like the Grand Highblood is getting interested in the movie now and the vibe is going away.

He lets himself get comfortable watching the movie, as well, trusting the Highblood and continuing to cuddle against him as the movie goes on]

[He can sense the Signless relaxing completely as the movie goes on, even during the darker bits of the film - which the highblood thinks is still pretty mediocre, but assumes things will pick up at the climax - and remains silent for the majority of the film. In all honesty, he actually becomes distracted by the movie at the more exciting parts.

But as the plot reaches a particularly dark scene, the highblood shifts a bit in his seat and lets his arm slide down around the Signless's neck again, hand clamped down on his shoulder.]

Seen this shit all before, motherfucker? [His voice is raspy, hushed, though it still cuts through the air like a knife.]

[Signless hums a bit as the Highblood cuddles him closer, but he starts a bit as the bigger troll suddenly speaks up. He tears himself out of the movie and looks up]

Yeah, I've seen this movie before. Why? It's just getting to the good part.

[He snickers softly, leaning down so his lips are hovering over the smaller troll's ear. His grip tightens just slightly on the shoulder.]

Oh, yeah, I know. I motherfucking know. I'm just getting my motherfucking kindness and all that shit on here with that asking business-- [And then he leans closer until his lips brush against the tip of the Signless's ears, teeth bared almost threateningly. Even the tone of his voice takes on a more mischievous sound.] Before a brother all goes and decides to put up a motherfucking distraction.

[Signless shivers a little, probably noticeable given how close the Highblood is to him. He lowers his head slightly for a moment, his heart speeding up]

We could always pause the movie if you need to stop for a bit.

[He glances sidelong] It seems like whatever it is, it's pretty important to you.

[He snaps his teeth, barely a hair's width from the cartilage, then digs his claws slightly into the fabric, feeling the skin beneath give a little.]

Nah, motherfucker, just leave it. It provides some good motherfucking background noise. [There's a terrified scream from the screen, actually, right on cue. He snickers again, and this time it's a little more sinister.] You could all say that.

[Shit. Signless sighs and straightens a little, then unceremoniously climbs into the Highblood's lap and paps his cheek, smiling up at the huge troll]

Okay, out with it. What's on your think pan?

[As Signless draws closer and sits in his lap, his hand climbs up and around his head, large fingers creating a spiky halo. He's content to drum his claws on top of his head, across his horns and even pet him quite affectionately.]

Just got to all motherfucking thinking that, yeah, mother fuck, just sitting around and watching the flickering idiot box is fun shit and all. But what the fuck is a brother really gaining from all this, you know? Think hard, motherfucker, it's a legit fucking deep question.

[All the while still petting his hair, his claws scraping dangerously into his scalp. Not cutting anything, but enough to make the smaller troll feel the threat of them being able to break through skin ~~and bone~~.]

[He feels the threat, but he ignores it, rubbing the Highblood's cheek and then up into his hair a little, almost mirroring the action with his smaller hand, but gentle and caring]

You said it yourself - it's for fun. Relaxation. And getting to know each other as something other than indigo and mutant blood. I really would like to be your friend, Highblood, and I think, just maybe, you'd get some benefit out of being my friend, too.

[He plays along with the gentle touches, crooning low and soft, deep in the back of his throat. It's amazing how quickly the gentle touches make him severely disgusted with himself, the warmth radiating through his usually cool veins with the mutantblood sitting in his lap only making it worse.

Keeping his hands gentle suddenly became much more difficult.]

You motherfucking think so? Well, ain't that all just the most fucking sweetest GARBAGE that I've continuously been hearing you all spew out at me every motherfucking time we meet. [the claws suddenly close, wrapping around his head. The tips of the nails nearly meet, right in front of the Signless's face.] Listen real good, brother... I all got something to tell you.

[He closes his eyes. There's fear there, yes, but also incredible sadness. He's failed again with another highblood, hasn't he? It's like just when he thinks he's making progress, they lash out, afraid.]

I'm listening, Highblood, but when you kill me, I hope you think about this - what are you so afraid of, that you have to kill me to keep me from being your friend?

[He can sense the strong emotions tugging at the Signless's eyes and expression, and it makes the highblood coo and croon, almost too sweetly that makes it seem worse than his usual cruel and mocking behavior. He'd be lying to say that the Signless didn't stir some sort of pity within him, but the highblood barely recognized the sensation as pity, the wave of disgust and absolute hatred for mutant scum overwhelming him right alongside it, disguising it so well. It was a natural defense mechanism for the highblood, almost, like he didn't want to feel this way for anyone.]

Just don't motherfucking get it. I'm not afraid, motherfucker... [He leans in, teeth scraping carelessly across the Signless's neck, leaving a small gash.] I'm just in it for the motherfucking colors.

[Sometimes, he feels like he makes too many exceptions for this mutantblood. He thinks this while he sinks his teeth deep, almost sensually, into the cut up neck, his large hand still holding the Signless's head prisoner. They clench, and instead of a cage, they squeeze at his head, digging in nails as he chews harder and messier, like the smaller troll was just a nice meal that fell into his lap. In between bites, he manages to speak:] And whatever the motherfuck makes Her Imperiousness happy, is just a motherfucking added bonus.

[Signless doesn't even try to resist - what would be the point? He could pull his sickles from his strife specibus, try to kill the Highblood before he can kill him. But it would only be more pain, more unnecessary death.

But he's not prepared for how much it hurts.

He mewls in pain as the Highblood chews almost lazily into his throat, shaking, his fingers clenching in the other troll's shirt as if clinging to him even as he murders the Signless.

But there are thick veins and arteries there, and it's not long before one of them is sliced and crimson blood fountains, covering everything in its mutated, unnatural colour.

After that, it's only moments before he doesn't feel the pain anymore]

[Sometimes it's nice when they resist, and sometimes it's ever better when they don't. This is so very intimate, the way Signless clings to him, makes that cute little noise into his ear, and the highblood's heart surges in satisfaction and joy. When the blood spills freely and cascades down the Signless's body and his own face as well, he shudders gleefully and laps at the wound.

He presses his hand against the bright red blood, sticking his fingers into the shredded wounds to coat his fingers as much as possible. Then he hoists the Signless over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and gets off the couch to the nearest wall. Whether the Signless is even conscious anymore at this point is of little concern to the highblood, and he sweeps his fingers messily across the wall, trails of bright red coating it. Whenever his fingers dry, he just swipes up more blood still flowing from the Signless's body.

His mural never did have this particularly disgusting (yet beautiful) shade of red, and to think that he could have this sacrifice of blood AND have him revived again later is quite thrilling. He would never run out of this swill.

Sure, humans had similar blood color, but that just made the Signless all the more ugly and special and different. He was like a human of the troll world, a complete and utter outcast, but now the highblood at least had something to compare him to. It just made so much more sense now.]

Sleep tight, motherfucker. Heh heh... [Now finished coating a small section of the wall from ceiling to floor in bright red blood, he dumps the body onto the couch. Giving both the body, the wall, and his entirely covered right hand a satisfied look, he heads for the exit, the movie still playing on the TV.]
