Oh, but explanation now, right-- I put some herbs in a muslin bag, like lavender and chamomile, and add a quartz crystal, and do a spell over it. It ensures pleasant dreams. It doesn't change your sleep schedule or anything, someone else was worried about that... It just makes sure that what dreams you have are good. That's all. I use it myself sometimes.
I don't see why it wouldn't? I've never had a problem with my magic suddenly stopping, from location or species or anything. Usually it's the opposite problem.
