... All this time we spent trying to stop them... and in the end they still fucked everything up. Because they just can't leave things alone, can they? Dammit. I knew their stupid hero complex would screw us over somehow.

They believed Ikutsuki. He was one of the scientists involved with the whole accident. He wanted to bring Nyx to earth, too... and he tried to sacrifice SEES to help do it.

... I don't know very much about them, to be honest. I know that they're led by someone named Takaya, and I know that the other two members are someone named Jin and also Chidori. I know she was in the hospital after SEES captured her, and the others in Strega broke her out.

Aside from that, I don't know anything about them. I've never met them in person.
