But are there anyone here who was taken to another world (presumably without a choice), before coming to this tower?

Where I was, there's a way to kill the personification and god of peaceful death. So a sun and a meteor wouldn't be that far off.

But it doesn't mean I completely believe them.

Imagine a shark, but with tentacles instead of the tail fin. They're rather annoying to fight, but they make pretty good tasting sushi.

And it would easier on our minds to believe our friends are from the same universe as us.
