no i was trying to help him right before i woke up here i thought maybe i went through another portal and he might be here too

i dont know about any experiments what experiments? do they have something to do with this collar this place keeps getting worse

Oh. I don't know how you can find your brother then.

I have no idea either, actually. Just that whoever brought us here randomly put us through tests that can be dangerous. I just got here a few days ago myself and that's all second hand information. The person who told me is someone I trust though so I don't think he'd lie about it.
