My ideal self? I worked hard on separating my personal emotions from my professional persona, due to recent events I find myself unable to do so once more. Strive to recreate the gap between what is necessary and what is not would allow me the title of being ideal once more.

It is my belief that one achieves their ideal self when they reach their dreams. ... That word has a lot of meanings, regardless. If you mean "a conception of something in its perfection", then, no; I wouldn't even try. I'm not perfect. I won't even try to be. Humans are inherently flawed. Chasing perfection... that's something only idiots and children do. I gave that up a long time ago. I'd rather just do what I can for those who're around me.

Is it even really possible? People always have room to grow and learn new things, so I don't think anything is really ideal. Even if someone could be like that, they'd still end up stagnating because they never changed.
