[ Kairi's used to winding up in different worlds, but something about this just seemed off. She couldn't find hide nor hair of Tifa and Aerith, much less Riku and Sora, and that worried her. Were they taken from right under her nose or no?

She had so many questions, but didn't know if she had the time for them. However, she needs to get to the bottom of this to go home. ]

Ah, I hope I'm using this right...

For those who might not know me, I'm Kairi and...I'm not really sure why I'm here, so information on my surroundings would be more than helpful. Thank you for your help.

Also, if anyone has seen two women who go by the names Tifa Lockhart and Aerith Gainsborough, could you let me know where they are? More importantly, if anyone knows where two others - boys who go by the names Riku and Sora, that would be extremely helpful. I'll try my best to repay you, too.

[ That's typical Roxas behavior as far as Kairi is concerned, so she seems just as pleasantly amused. ]

I feel welcomed already. [ Oh, what, is that sass on her end too? ]

I don't mind waiting to learn as much as I can, though who's Sayaka? A friend of yours, Roxas?

[Sure, he's usually irritated by people knowing him when he knows like, none of these people, but he's in a good enough mood to let it go. It's probably just...universe stuff. Always blame universe stuff.]

Yeah, I spend a lot of my time with her and Ven. [And then a pause, so he could sigh and give a disclaimer.] So you know me too, huh? I'm starting to think I should make a list to keep track of all these people.

[ Gosh, she's new here. Though, blaming universe stuff always helps to make sense of things for a while. ]

I'm really happy that you've been making friends. [ A pause is given of her own and she nods. ]

Mm, I know you alongside Namine and everyone else.

[He couldn't mute his facial expression this time; his surprise was pretty apparent. Maybe a touch suspicious, too.]

Everyone...else? [He ventured, quieter, another question-] Like Xion? [As far as he knows, the only 'everyone else' is Hayner, Pence, Olette, Nams, Xion, and Axel, even if he has no idea how those last three factor in. Wait, did she mean keypeople?] Or, like Ven and Aqua?

[ Ick, maybe being so blunt with things wasn't the right way to go. Right, she had to be a little bit more subtle. ]

Mm, exactly them.

[...so she knew Ven, Aqua, and Xion? This was just making his head hurt for some reason.]

But I don't know you, I think. Or, if I do, I don't remember. That's apparently pretty normal with me, or something. [The sass didn't have the same jovial edge, this time.] I'm sorry.

I've been told that there's multiple versions of us running around, so I'm probably not the Kairi you're used to - that is if you know a Kairi.

[Rox leaned back in his chair, eventually giving a sigh and a nod.]

It's okay. I think I'm from another, universe myself. I don't recognize anybody I'm supposed to know...

[-no okay he is going to be positive about this!!!]

At any rate, I'm sure people will be glad to see you, even if you are from another universe, or world, or whatever.

[Roxas visibly lost his smile at the rather up-front friend declaration, almost looking confused about how to take it. Did friendship work like that...?

However, before he could debate it any further, he found words tumbling out of his mouth.] Friends have ice-cream together, right? We could always start there.

[ Of course it does. Once Kairi declares someone her friend, she'll be there to bug them at all opportunities. ]
