[April looks both tired and not very happy, and she seems to be suffering from sort of headache, judging by how she's rubbing her forehead with a grimace.]

Apparently portable communication devices are a thing that's impossible to make here. If you can somehow put together the materials to make something simple, making a wireless connection between them is impossible, even with use of powers. I tried and now my head hates me for it.

[A sigh as she rubs her eyes.]

So yeah, to the people who I told this about and stuff, sorry but it's not gonna happen. And on a related note, if anyone wants any sort of tech made, I'll probably be able to help out. So long as it isn't a portable communications device or something like that.

... Is tech uncommon where you're from?

I didn't think so until I saw the kinds of things that are here. The Xelor are the best at making mechanical things but I'm sure they've never made anything like what I've seen.

[ She hesitates, then decides it wouldn't hurt to keep explaining. ]

The only thing that would be comparable to the Eliatrope inventions.

Eliatrope? [April is incredibly curious about other peoples worlds, so she can't help being a bit nosy.]

Mm, they were a lost race but my friend Yugo... he found them again. He's actually their king.

[ her smile turns a little bit sad, talking about her absent companions ]

Not even a month yet. I'm still getting used to the way things are done around here.

... If you want, I could help you out with things, since I've been here for just over a month now.
