[When the video starts, the first thing I'm sure anyone would notice is that Kidou isn't wearing his goggles. For once, everyone can see his ~~gorgeous~~ red eyes. And if anyone were inclined to notice this kind of thing, he looks dead beat tired and a bit like he had rolled all over some dirt though that's not the case. Needless to say, he looked like a mess.]

Good afternoon... this is Kidou Yuuto.

[His voice doesn't have the normal liveliness to it, either.]

I was wondering if there was anyone who could work with glass in the Tower. [He holds up his goggles, showing off a bad crack in the right lens.] I'm not sure if anyone could fix this kind of crack, but if you'd be willing to help out, I'd really appreciate it. Even making a new lens would be okay.

... These goggles are really important to me.

[He holds up the two lens he acquired from Feferi.]

I didn't know you could work with glass, Genda. [He smiles]

Do you want to meet up at the workshop?

Alright - if there's anything still useable there, at least.

[Huhuhu - time to melt things and play with fire!!]

[And after a few minutes, Kidou arrives to the workshop, hands in pockets and goggles around his neck.]

Yo, Genda. [Let's set some shit on fire]

While I was waiting for you, I found a few blowtorches; one or two are a little banged up, but they still work!
It should help us mold the glass.

Great. [He walks into the workshop, then, and motions for Genda to follow.]

I can use my goggles to protect my eyes, but we should find some sort of eye protection for you. [So what if one of the lens is cracked it'll be fine!!]

No, no - I think I'll be alright. It's not too bright; not like we're welding or some sort.

[He'll follow after anyway, though!]

... Alright, if you say so. [Don't come crying to him if like something explodes and you get glass in your eyes or something.]

Well, I've never taken the class before, so I'm going to let you take the lead. [show him de way]

Alright! Here - let's set up on that table over there. You'll have to operate the blowtorch so I can shape the glass, okay?

[Boop boop going to the table -]

Okay. [He takes his goggles off his neck and puts them over his eyes. Then he takes the blowtorch and fiddles with it a little bit until he figures out how to light it.

.... which makes him jump a bit and immediately turn it back off before he burns his hands off.]

... Ready when you are. [Ok Kidou, stay focused so you don't end up burning Genda's face.]

... Of course.

[Are you sure you're ready Kidou... But okay! He'll grab the tongs he found then, holding the glass out for the flame so it can get nice and soft. 'u']

[He nods and turns the flame on low, looking to Genda for approval.]

[It gets a nod in return! And he'll just... hold the glass there, since glass takes a while to really heat up.]

[Oh good he'll just sit here for a little while and watch the flame.

...man, watching a flame for a few minutes sure did make a guy sleepy.. Maybe it'd be okay if Kidou.... doze... off here... for a minute. Just a minute! It's not like Kidou was starting to fall forward near the flame or anything.]

[... Yeah, nope, he's - too busy watching. the glass. hrrrgghhh... Glass takes a while to get all soft, huh...
Especially with the flame on low...]

[Sure does! Don't worry though, Kidou's going to accidentally turn the heat up while he's sleeping and oh, it seems like he's going to tilt the blow torch upwards a bit too... man that flame sure was close to burning off Kidou's eyebrows...

Oh. Would you look at that.]

!! [Kidou lets out a small sound of surprise and immediately drops the torch, which, luckily, turns off when it hits the ground. He then stands up and moves away from Genda, covering his face with his hands and letting out a little "uuu" sound in pain.

Kids, this is why you don't play with fire when you're dead beat tired.]
