Um, good morning.

[ She gives the screen a tentative smile, but it's hard for her to get used to these terminals. It wasn't at all like talking to a real person. ]

There seem to be a lot of people who are new, so I wanted to say that if anyone would like something grown, I can help -- I'd like to help. I know we have the forest and the meadow levels but sometimes it's nice to have a bit of greenery in other places too, right?

Also, if anyone's wanted something different to eat since I know there's been a lot of pumpkins in the cafeteria lately!

[ She seems to gain a bit of confidence. ]

Oh, and my name is Amalia! I'll do my best to grow what you need!

[Veigar couldn't help but smile back at her. Why? He had no damn clue, usually he smiled at the sight of a destroyed foe but this was different.... He couldn't quite place why but he figured he could explore this feeling later.]

I'm glad, even though I know you'll take good care of him, Veigar. I trust you.

[She trusted him? That sentence alone had him silent for a long while... It was a feeling once thought lost and now as it came back it was kind of hard to know how to feel about it.

Right... So, uh... would you, mayhaps like... I don't know a drink or something since you're here?

I'd love something, thank you.

[ Things like this were part of the reason that Amalia was convinced that Veigar is really a good person deep down. ]

[She's mistaken! Mistaken he tell her!!!!]

Okay, wait right here... or uh, I guess make yourself comfortable or yeah.

[Veigar steps out of the room for a few moments. After a bit of time he comes back with some kind of juice, a bit tart and sweet but it seems to have honey in it. Probably from some of the odd fruit in the forest.]

Here you go, it's not great but it's been one of my favorite drinks since I got here.

[ Amalia perches prettily on a nearby seat and waits for him to return, still looking around. When he returns with the juice, she drinks some without any hesitation despite not being able to identify it. ]

Err, don't mention it? [That's what he was supposed to say right? Right.... Veigar sat besides her and drank from a mug of his own, remaining silent for the time being not really knowing what to say next.]

[ Amalia sips her juice in peaceful silence for a few minutes. ]

Are you going to name it?

Name it?

[Veigar looked thoughtful for a few and then looked at her.]

You name it. You know more about this natural stuff.

[ He gets a swat on the arm for that one. ]

If it's going to stay with you, then you name it! It'll appreciate it much more.

[Veigar huffs and looks between her and that thing before he mumbled something random and moved to the thing... He looked it over, and over, and over from all angles. He even poked at it curiously before looking back to Amalia and scratched the back of his head.]

I can't even tell what it is... You know... a boy or a girl... would make naming it easier you know!

[ She giggles. ]

It's a boy. I didn't think it would be appropriate to give you a girl flower.

Boys or girls it doesn't matter so long as they're worthy!

[Equal opportunities to devastate opponents and all that!]

Hmmm.....

[Veigar stared at it for a while until he grinned and nodded,]

From now on, you shall be Chompimus!

I think it suits him very well.

[He patted the plant and grinned, he felt they could be good friends!]
