Hello.

My name is Minato. Some of us may have already met, but I'd like to clarify a few things, just in case. Please bear with me, I know this might be a lot to read, but all of it is very important. If you don't want to read the long version, then you can skip past here.

The first thing is that Rose-san and I are currently working on compiling information to put together a sort of "go-to" guide for the Tower itself that can be accessed by anyone, new and old, so that they won't need to worry about constantly explaining things, or anyone always asking questions. If at all possible, I'd like to know about everyone's worlds, themselves, and anything that might stand out about your world since we've noticed that quite a few doubles of the same people exist here, but from different versions of the same place. Of course, you don't have to share if you don't feel like it, that would also be fine.

The second thing I would like to clear up here is a little more out of the blue and personal, and you are free to skip it. However... it's becoming something that comes up continually, as of late. I know some of you may find this disturbing, but I feel that I should explain this openly so everyone fully understands, as it caused some confusion when I first attempted to check something during my arrival here, and it might cause further confusion later.

Along with myself, there are two separate groups of people from my reality that can summon manifestations of of their "inner selves". These are called Persona. The main point I'd like to touch on here is that summoning a Persona requires a modified gun, called an Evoker. They're bulletless, so they're completely harmless. The Evoker is fired after being placed near your head. If you see anyone from my world holding a gun to their head, please don't automatically assume we're trying to kill ourselves, if at all possible, we may simply be attempting to summon.

Only people from our world can summon them, as having a Persona naturally is extremely rare. Please, before anyone tries, I would also like to advise against taking any gun that looks like an Evoker and trying to summon. Only Evokers will work, and I would be happy to lend people my Evoker if the situation was desperate, but... please remember summoning is actually very exhausting and that it would be unlikely anyone not from our version of Earth would be able to do this.

I apologize for the length of this, but I wanted to make sure no one was left confused.


In short: I'd like to ask everyone about their worlds and their experiences in the Tower prior to July 12th, even though I know it's already been done once or twice, and I would like to mention that my Evoker isn't a gun; it's for summoning, and it's harmless.

If you have any questions regarding what I've mentioned, I wouldn't mind answering them--I can also demonstrate if you'd like. I'm in the Library. Likewise, I would like to hear everyone who would be willing to talk to me on any of the topics I mentioned. I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I'm from the Land of Ooo. There are a billion of kingdoms and princesses here. There's the Fire Kingdom, the Ghost Kingdom, the Fabric Kingdom I think, the Slime Kingdom, there's probably a Water Kingdom, the Breakfast Kingdom, the Lumpy Space Kingdom, the Ice Kingdom ugh, the Bug Kingdom or maybe it's just the Bee Kingdom, there's a Nut Kingdom, and I think there's a Gem Kingdom but I don't know since I haven't been everywhere in the Land of Ooo. There's a lot more but my favorite is the Candy Kingdom. And guess what? The people in the Candy Kingdom are made of candy! Awesome, huh? And it doesn't stop there! There's this super nerd named The Ice King who is always stealing princesses because he wants to get married but it's kind of really annoying and stupid because I always have to come save them. See, he's really, really lame and no one likes being around him, especially the princesses, so its my duty to make sure that they're all happy and free from his evil clutches. It's a hard job but someone has to do it, you know? And helping and making others happy is one of the things I do. I'm an adventurer extraordinaire and a hero. Oh! Oh, oh, oh! You need to know about my best buddy, Jake. Okay okay okay, I need to start from the beginning.

[And he takes a few breaths because he's been babbling without really breathing.]

When I was a baby, I was left on a mountain. I don't remember how I got there or why I was left there but all I remember is this. When I was a baby, I went boom boom on a leaf and then I fell back into it. I couldn't get back up because I was stuck on my back and so I did what all babies do and I cried. I cried and cried but no one bothered to help me. I cried for at least a whole day. I thought I was gonna be a goner! But that's when two dogs found me. There was a male dog and a female dog and they were married. The female dog picked me up and gave me a few kisses and on that day, my life truly started. They took me in as their own son and that's how I met Jake. He's their son and my brother. We grew up together and when we felt that it was time to leave the nest, we found this rhombus tree-house that we live in now! Ohhhhhhhhhh! I have tot ell you about Princess Bubblegum now! Or wait, wait. I think Marcelline's story will fit in better with the tree-house.

[He thinks for a second.]

Okay, Marcelline it is.

So, me 'n Jake had just finished up with creepy story time and he just told a story about a scary vampire, right? Well, I wasn't scared at all but the poor guy scared himself! It was really dark too so that didn't help at all, and there was also lightening. So, I was just about to fall asleep when I notice someone in my window. So like a responsible 13 year old, I went downstairs to tell Jake that I thought someone was outside. Because it was raining and they could have caught a cold! But we didn't see anyone though which was weird but then suddenly a bag fell from the ceiling and there she was! In the corner of the room. She came over to us and showed us some sweet stuff but right after she told us that our tree-house was actually hers and then she kicked us out. We weren't going to fight her though because she's a vampire and vampires can kill you! So instead we went house hunting and found this totally algebraic cave and made a house in there. But she came and kicked us out of the cave too! But she gave us our tree-house in return. Now, later on, I found her harassing this poor old man who was her henchman. And since I'm a hero and I can't stand to see old people suffer, I offered my services if she let the guy go. And I found out that she was actually pretty rad and that old man was just one of her old friends. Me and her are pretty great friends now. Weird how that turns out, huh?

Now, I'll tell you about Princess Bubblegum. First of all, she's the princess of the Candy Kingdom. She's a pretty righteous princess. Me and her have been friends for so long, I can't even remember when we first met! But let me tell you about some of my favorite adventures with her! So, a while ago, she made this potion stuff that made the dead come back to life! But the problem there is that they came back as ZOMBIES!! And they were hungry... Hungry for candy flesh! And we could not let them live because you know, the candy people are made of candy! So we told all of the people in the kingdom to hide on the castle but we couldn't tell them why since when they freak out, they explode. So we killed the zombies by beating them up with sticks like pinatas! And then Peebles fixed the potion and brought them to back for realsies! That was only one of the awesome times we've had! Another time with PB was there was this really, really evil guy called The Lich King that had been contained in this weird like block thing of orange stuff. So PB had these things that made it so we couldn't be controlled by the Lich because he can control you using your mind and it would suck if we got controlled by him right? But he somehow got out so I had to go and kill him before he destroyed the world. So, Peebles had made me a sweater because it's really cold in the Lich's lair man and I put it on and went to the lair with this awesome gauntlet that could kill him. But the Ice King had to come with us with, get this, Princess Bubblegum! He was trying to get us to give him our blessing to marry her and we refused so he took her captive and followed us! Can you believe that guy? Anyway, we got to the Lich's lair and had a pretty intense fight but my gauntlet broke and so did the barrier thing that made it so I couldn't get controlled. I was almost a goner because the Lich was tempting me with being cold and jumping in this giant fire pit thing. Luckily for me, I had the sweater that Peebles made for me so I wasn't cold! I quickly broke free from his brainwashing and I killed him with said sweater, by being totally righteous and using it to rip off his head! He fled the scene and I thought I had won! But then the Ice King dropped Princess Bubblegum into the Lich's fire pit which almost killed her! But luckily, we had the best doctors and she was okay! Unluckily, the Lich possessed her and we had to fight our own princess! Which really, really sucked but we took care of it. Sadly, we went a little overboard and she was cut into pieces. But we managed to save her! Although she was turned 13 which actually wasn't that bad because me and her could get to know each other even better since I'm 13 and she was 13. We had a totally rad day and we pranked the pants off of this Earl that came to take the Kingdom since she was too young to rule because we wanted him to leave but he didn't leave so we had to turn her back into an 18 year old which kind of sucked because I liked hanging out with her but it was for the Kingdom. And yeah. Those were some awesome times.

[And he takes another few breaths or so.]

And finally, you get to hear about my story! Well, my story other then how I was left alone and taken in by dogs. First off, my name is Finn. I have no idea about my blood family or anything because I'm the last human and I've never heard of any other humans ever. I'm an adventurer and hero, as stated before. And I live to help those in need! I'm not really that much of an interesting person though. My favorite color is blue, I love meatloaf, I love to fight and beat up evil, and I'm pretty good at using a sword and beat-boxing. Oh! And I swallowed a computer so I can now..

[He thinks for a minute.]

Umm... the only thing else I can think of is that my hair is blond. You can't tell because of my awesome hat.

[He crosses his arms triumphantly.]

And that is all I think I need to tell you about.

I'm America, like the USA. I'm the country. That's pretty normal for my world, every country's got one. Most of them are guys but there's another world where most of us are girls, I guess.

The Spain from my world's a boy, so she's from that other world. Prussia sounds right unless there's some other weird thing. But calling me America's fine, it's my name.

Um, I'm simply from London. However, I have begun to believe my London is in the past compared to the London others from 'modern' Earth would know. I am curious to know if my period's history deviates from the norm, but I suppose that's mere theory, and not immediately warranting investigation.

I see. My personal theory is most of the people from Earth that are here might be from the same version of it as myself, it's just that they wouldn't be aware of what I am... most people aren't.

Unless they were from a deviating reality, which is also possible... I'm going to ask around about it.

It does seem that most of those from the common modern period, as I've been referring to, may indeed share the same version, within reason, that you do. Naturally, I have heard nothing of this Persona that you spoke of.

However I...I suppose the easiest way to ask this is to be blunt. Have you ever heard of a mass terrorist attack on London? I'm sure it made global news, even if you are natively from Japan, due to the...er. Peculiar nature of it. That may be the quickest way for me to confirm I am indeed from an alternate past.

as soon as the game was underway meteors and asteroids began bombarding the earth
each connection formed in the game sends one of varying size towards the players location
the player is given a limited amount of time to use tools provided by the game to escape into a place known as the incipisphere

its apparently always existed and paradoxically was brought into existence by the launch of the session that spawned it to begin with

the game itself appears essentially as archetypical rpg nonsense though with the obvious factor of there being very real and present danger
everyone is assigned a title which determines their powers and a planet for their personal quest in the game

the goal of it
or so it is claimed to be anyway
is the creation of a new universe

it went awry very quickly
our session was doomed before it even began
everyone who plays the game plays it because they were destined to do so
because fate and predestination and chance and consequence demanded it

an omnipotent demon was spawned
for no reason whatsoever apart from the fact that it was always going to be created because predestination said it was so
the session was left null and cancerous
unable to bear fruit
a decaying dimension doomed to be a mere footnote of failure in the annals of paradox space

the game is a deathtrap designed to grind you up and destroy everything that you hold dear
while it is a creation myth it acknowledges and embraces the idea that creation and destruction are birds of a feather
to give birth to new life it destroys the old
but that life does not fucking deserve to be sacrificed to begin with
its a story of children tricked
as in all good fairy tales the children enter the woods but they dont return
eaten by the witches destroyed devoured dispatched and drained
a new universe is consecrated in their spilled blood and from their bones and ash spring new life
a new myth is created

the only way out
the only way to snatch victory from the maw of defeat
break it entirely
either cheat to force it to give us the reward we have earned or tear it to pieces completely so that none will ever suffer as we have

My world is a fairly standard Earth, to my knowledge. No nation-people that I'm aware of. There's groups out there doing stuff to create supersoldiers and there was a group peddling various transformation devices to turn people into monsters, though there are law enforcement divisions that combat these groups.

As for the tower itself...

I've been here since what was ostensibly the 'start'. Initially, we only had five floors - the dorms, the lounge, the library, the infirmary, and the kitchen.

I believe that covers what was asked for, unless you have questions regarding what I've provided.
