She was an experiment just like me, wasn't she? She should get how much it hurts. Doesn't she have a heart of her own?

I feel sorry for her, but I hate this place.

[There was a pause--it was like a record had gotten stuck and a moment was taken to put the needle back in place.]

I'm not feeling well. I think I am going to be on floor 25 later if anyone needs me for anything.

[Sure enough, she'd stick around the terminal for a little longer before heading straight to the meadow. Sitting down on the ground and pulling her knees to her chest, the robotic girl looked remarkably like a human would if that human was trying not to projectile vomit in disgust.]

[And with that, the sound cuts off - she already left. True to her word, it doesn't take long for Hakuno to reach the meadow, and she immediately begins looking around, trying to spot Labrys.]

[She looked up upon hearing someone come in, giving Hakuno a slight wave.]

I'm over here.

[Hakuno returned the wave, a small smile on her face, but didn't speak until she had reached the spot where Labrys was, and sat down next to her.]

This was a good place to get away from all that stuff on the network. Nice and quiet.

I like it here. Least it seems like it's kinda outside, ya know?

Yeah, it's nice... [She smiles, leaning back on her hands.] I never really got a chance to see or feel what being outside in the real world was like... so I guess I have to be thankful to this place for something.

Back when I was still in the lab an' everythin', they used to let us walk around the grounds outside at night. Eventually I started really kinda enjoyin' it. It was real nice to see sunlight for the first time, though.

I ain't ever seen a place quite like this with flowers everywhere, though. The laboratory was on an island and Inaba was a city.

They didn't have any flowers growing on the island? Not even in the areas you were allowed to walk in?

[That's a little sad... even in the virtual world inside of the Moon Cell, there had been a small garden between the school and church. She could enjoy that, at least.]

... Well. I suppose that could be nice. If they had let you out during the day, I bet laying under the shade of a tree would have been pretty soothing.
