[ That affect, of course... was him sensing Animus beginning to awaken. Though whether it actually was, or if it was just a sensation he's feeling due to the event itself, remains to be seen. ]

I was unaware that is possible in this world, but it was a hypothesis I was willing to test. Perhaps now, Tohko, Shion, Allen, and 'Wretched Egg,' your question can be answered.

Shion is not as powerless as you imply. Though, compared to myself, Yeshua, and Mary, she is little more than a normal human.

I could call into question whether or not she has truly accepted mine. She seems to believe that she can simply guess a way to save my universe, when I know that mere human nature will cause humanity's own downfall.

[ After all, it's because of human nature that Gnosis exist. Yearning for times long past, rejecting the universe as it is... it's only natural. After all, it's why we have politics. ]

No. Human nature can destroy humanity, but it can also save humanity. Humans fight very hard for their rights to live, you know.

A person can. People are foolish, irrational, and impulsive, and are incapable of seeing the consequences of their actions in the long-term.

I can agree with you on the long-term thing, but it's only several short term things that add up to the long-term. Making predictions too quickly only hurts everyone.

That is the advantage of lacking the limitation of seeing time in a linear sense.

I see. Wouldn't it still get a little boring going in a loop and having the same things happen over and over again?

Perhaps it would, if anyone remembered the previous cycle.

I guess that makes sense. If the cycle takes longer than their life time. They'd die and when they're born again, it would make sense for them to not remember.
