It's the quickest way to talk to a lot'a people. Plus, they can see and hear everything anyway. Most likely. I mean, they can control every part'a the tower so they probably know everything we're doin' and sayin' anyway.

Depends on who gets the tower for that month. I was dumb and asked during a Jason month and he got kinda mad. He hid a monster under my bed, and played a video of it crawling under there when I woke up. Nobody really likes Jason.

Because not all gods are kind things. What if one were a god of... say disease, pain and misery? Would you think such a thing was kind or nice, even if pain and disease might be thought by some to be needed things at times?

Not all gods are gods of pleasant things, though I cannot speak for your world. I am sure some work differently. I know only that I have certainly seen cruel and vindictive gods before.

"Should" involves ethics, expectations, assumptions. We all come from different worlds, and most of us have different thoughts of what 'should' be. I know what my mistress would have once said. I would like to think I know what my Lord would have said still more recently. They are not always the same.

No, I prefer the here and now over the phantoms of wishing that a thing matched some notion of what it should be. I will carve it to my liking on my own time.
