I've known since I got here that there was the chance of someone disappearing and not coming back. The thing with the graves and knowing they're dead is...that's been just the past few months.

But they do this too often. Once is too many times, but the frequency is just too much.

No reason that any of us can tell. There are punishments for breaking the rules, but people that break them always stay in the Tower for them. The disappearances are just random.
