Act I ~ [Video]
[Genesis Rhapsodos stares into the monitor for a few good minutes, clearly thinking of what to say as she takes all that she saw and did and learned so far today. It was really all mind boggling and utterly depressing. Finally, she sighed softly, her mako blue eyes lowering as she murmured to herself.]
Dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul
Pride is lost
Wings stripped away, the end is nigh...
[She sighed again and lifted her eyes.]
My name is Genesis Rhapsodos and it looks as though I am to be joining you here. I've already eaten the oatmeal, as I was told to do. But now I wonder what to do now.
Can anyone tell me or will I be doomed to spend the rest of my days here?
Is there hope?

You know about Gaia, then. Why don't you show yourself?
[She sighs softly.]
Besides, I'm no longer SOLDIER.
[Anon Text]
[Ignoring the question about why he's not showing himself. Truth is he doesn't want to broadcast his face across the network to anyone. He wouldn't have commented at all if he hadn't noticed those eyes.]
Indeed. There wasn't much of ShinRa left, before I was brought here.
ShinRa is gone from where I stand. [She shrugs. She feels no love for it.] I'm surprised you don't recognize me, however. I may not have been the poster boy, but most knew about the First Class.
[In all honestly, she was expecting some sort of anger or resentment toward her.]
[Anon Text]
[Thanks to his brief (and only) conversation with a now-vanished also resident of Gaia - he's heard before that he was somewhat of a poster boy back when he was a General. He was proud to a certain extent to learn that, even if it had been only a small detail making up the greater lie in the end; of course he had to have been the best.
There is a pause before more text appears.]
All know about me.
I may have known you.
[Well, that certainly made her stop and furrow her brow. All know about this anonymous person and he knew she was a SOLIDER. Sure, her eyes were unmistakable but generally it was she who was known, not anyone outside of SOLDIER unless they were of a higher rank in the company.
She blinked.]
Sephiroth?
[Is there a way she could filter this somehow? Or make it private? She begins looking for ways to do that, though she may have just inadvertently revealed something she wasn't suppose to in her surprise.]
[Text - since there is no point for the Anon now]
That's right.
Now I know that I must have known you.
[Even though it is only text, there is a sense of finality in that last line. Indeed, he doesn't stay at any terminal for very long - and there is not much left to say to this girl.]
[He didn't have his memories though, so she wasn't sure what he remembered. Genesis couldn't find the privacy button but she ended up just sighing and leaning on her elbow next to the keyboard.]
I was your friend. Though I suppose I could understand why you would want to forget about me.
[Text]
Possibly. It doesn't matter anymore.
Consider this friendly advice: careful what you dare to reveal.
[There will not be a further reply.]
Ouch.]
I see, thank you, I suppose.
[When she receives no further replies, she decides to leave the terminal for now. This was a lot to take in.]
