[When he gets settled on her back, he grabs onto Dave and wonders what the hell he's just gotten himself into.]

[They're off before John says, 'this'. It's not at a trott either. Lady B races across the meadow like a shot in the dark. Dave leans forward into the wind with a wild grin. This is what he enjoys about riding. No normal horse would ever compare. He's ruined for anything slower.]

[It's like Dave really wanted him to piss himself or something. They couldn't have started out slow? His grips on Dave tightens, but the feeling of freedom...it's really fucking great.]

[If John had pissed himself while clinging to Dave thus getting his butt piss soaked, he'd have knocked him off, swear to god. As it is, they're racing across the ground faster than any car could manage. Yes.]

[This is a dumb thought process Dave, why are we even having it. The point is that John did not piss himself- and is now getting the bravery to look up from the darting horse. To see scenery pass.]

Dave glances back at John with a bonefide grin on his face. The wind is messing up his hair and he looks more alive than ever. He faces forward, spurring Lady B to greater speed.]
