[As his luck would have it, he missed the elevator. And he wasn't about to wait around for the damn thing to come back up so Plan A it is. Not Plan Z because mun had a massive brainfart and forgot that Zoroarks don't actually shapeshift, they just cast illusions. What a dumb. Anyway, it's time to ride the bird-dragon.]
[He probably knocked a few people over on his mad dragon-back flight down the stairs but hopefully the hasty apologies shouted over his shoulder would be enough to placate whoever he hit. He definitely lost the retrieval unit tailing him on the way down, not that he's complaining. There was no way the thing would be able to keep up with Liv.]
[Even so, it takes him about 20 minutes to fly down the stairwell and arrive on the 19th floor. He's still on Liv's back as he glances around the library, trying to catch sight of Rose.
