[A rather severe looking man in a black turtleneck addresses the network, oddly calm for someone who has just found out that his world was destroyed. He's a bit battered, having spent only a few moments on dressing and a hasty cleanup before heading for the nearest network terminal. There's quite a bit of dust in his hair, along with bruises and faint smears of what might be blood on his face and neck.]
My name is Howard Link. If there are any members of the Black Order present, please state your status and location. Anyone familiar with the facility, I would request your status as well. [Because last he checked? The station was pretty broken. Or well on it's way there, at least, and if he was pulled to this place? Well, there have to be others here.

[ she remembered one of mechanical limbs. Was he hurt?! Even though it was someone she wasn't familiar with, she still had the urge to help them for the reason that they came from the same place. ]

No, they're not limited here, but they can be taken away if you do something to anger the admins here, say destroyed a room or a chunk of the tower.

Yes, there's plenty of danger. This Tower is vast beyond comprehension, so I would be careful on which floors you venture too. Some floors have monsters strolling all around, while others can do things to you. It can go as far as messing up your memories. Some floors would creep out people too. There's a lot of shit here that's a ton times more dangerous than Facility. The administrators do things on a monthly basis. They'll go as far as controlling residents here and most experimentation are almost identical to Facility, if not worse.
I'd also be careful of who I'd trust too, since there's a lot of people here who would not hesitate to do more than just hurt someone. Death is the same here, though I don't know the details of coming back to life. I haven't experienced 'death' here yet. Everyone's abilities are at its fullest, but there are certain floors where that can be easily taken away. It would be best to avoid those floors since the most dangerous things usually lurk there.
We also have to get routine checks on our collars. They always have times and days for it when the time comes

There's usually an announcement before the checkups It's fairly easy. They have these weird hooks on the back of the collar and it's connected on the other side. There's this IV looking thing with the same color substance.
If you struggle, they'll forcefully make you do it, but if you cooperate they don't make it too rough on you. I'm not exactly sure if that's good enough for an explanation. I'm usually trying to get out as fast as I can and all.
