He's a bit battered, having spent only a few moments on dressing and a hasty cleanup before heading for the nearest network terminal. How often does experimentation occur?

No less than once every five months - something tends to happen once a month but of the five administrators, Jason is the worst for it.

[Yeah, this is sounding more and more familiar by the minute.]

Who are the administrators?

Ruana, Jason, Riki, and Zo. There was another one, Dax, who was on our side, but he was killed.

Has anyone ever encountered them in person, or do they only interact through the network?

They very rarely appear in person during major events, such as the unplanned influx of people in February.

[That rings a bell...]

They were. Apparently they all came from the same world, a non-destroyed one. They were shunted back out by Ruana.

... What can you tell me about the different levels of the tower?

There are a hundred and one of them. Efforts are being made to make maps.

Are any of them particularly dangerous?

Easier to name which ones aren't.

Knowing which levels are safe to be on for extended periods of time would be helpful.

In that case, you'll want the meadow on floor twenty-five, the lounges on floors four, thirty-eight, and eighty-one, and the libraries on floor three and nineteen.
