[The network is happily greeted by the face of a young man with surprisingly golden hair staring into the screen. It's hard to guess what he's feeling right now, seeing as how he was given the news that his world was destroyed. However, that didn't seem to phase him much, so he's not as shocked as others might be. He's relieved to know that some of his possessions came with him, but...

Enough contemplation, he finally begins to speak up.]

A shame, isn't it? That our worlds are gone? It's nothing that I would have expected in the first place, seeing as it's a bit hard to believe. However, I'll have to put my trust into it that my world is actually gone. Needless to say, I'll be missing my partners over there- unless some of them were brought here, as well. If you've ever heard of a Guido Mista, or Trish Una, please contact me.

...ah, I suppose I should introduce myself in the meantime. My name is Giorno Giovanna, and I greet all of you who were taken to this "Tower". Hopefully time will tell if I enjoy this place, or not. The atmosphere is...undesirable, however. But I'm sure some of you might have gathered that much in time.

...also, if anyone is kind enough to show me around, I would be grateful to you. I need to learn about as much of this place as I can before I can truly adventure and claim certain parts as safe. Also, a bit off the subject, but have any of you heard of what a "Stand" is? If you have, then let me know. I have some...things I'll be needing of you.

Anyway, you were talking about a Stand or whatever? Is that some kind of power....control over things that are standing? I'm used to dealing with weird abilities like that.

Ah, I was just wondering what a Shrine Maiden was. I'm not accustomed to certain cultures.

Mm, it is an ability of sorts, but not of what you're thinking of. If I ever have the chance of seeing you...I'll show you. Although it's a little hard to believe at first.

I don't know what normal Shrine Maidens do. But I guard the boundary between the normal world and Gensokyo so youkai don't get out and rampage around.

No, believe me, I won't be surprised. You're talking to a girl who can fade out of reality and has an idiot witch friend who thinks shooting lasers and stars are great magic spells.

...Hm. New vocabulary... I'm sorry, I haven't the faintest idea of what any of those could be. Although, I'm sure I can learn about them in the meantime.

...is that it? Oh, well, the youkai would probably think you're the only decent human walking if you can do that. They're all forces of nature in a way so you get it.

There's a bit more to my powers then one would imagine. But...primarily giving life is the main power of my Stand. If time comes, I'm sure you would see more of what my Stand can do, in regards to its abilities.

Cafeteria, correct. I'm sure I wouldn't get lost just getting there.

[With a nod, Giorno made his way to the cafeteria, wondering how this girl would differ in person...]

[The surprising thing maybe is how lazy she is. After coming back to her room to find her bed gone the other day (thanks Marisa) and having to deal with shenanigans all over, she's lost the will to care too much.

Which means she ended up floating around to get places instead of walking. Quite literally.

But Giorno wasn't an easy person to miss. She raised a hand in greeting as she came in.]

[She wasn't so hard to miss herself, and it became apparent to him that...well, she was by no means an ordinary person. Not that he hadn't seen much ordinary people to begin with, but this was something else.

He stood up- a little bit taken back, as well, by how...informal she greeted him. Nevertheless, he still bowed in return.]

Thank you for meeting me here. Now, about this whole "oatmeal" business...

You better eat it.

[She had certainly tried to go without eating it and obviously got punished for it.]

If you don't, you'll be puking everywhere. If you're wondering, how they make that happen isn't magic.

So it seems this oatmeal is a necessity throughout our lives here. [Great, something else he needed to worry about.]

I suppose one of the drones in the cafeteria gives it to us, correct?

Only for the first time you eat. Thankfully, you don't have to force yourself to eat it anymore after that.

On the downside, if you can't cook, you have to eat whatever crap the cafeteria serves.

Ah, is that so? That's a bit of a relief then.

Although I suppose I can learn to cook myself...but providing myself with other sustenance should be easy in the first place.

Cooking is easy enough. I just don't like doing it. [Which was why she was always asking other people to do it for her. Lack of ability wasn't the issue.]

Yeah, you kind of inferred that earlier. Why don't you show me now.

[Oh, right, he told her he'd give her something for this. Well, either way, Giorno let out a tiny nod, before pointing to the ground before him. At first, nothing happens- but soon enough, something began to sprout from the ground, eventually growing to form a miniature tree- already sprouting apples from it. And Giorno is already plucking one off, examining it.]

...Animals are also a posibility; but it's far too dangerous. Plants...they don't tend to bring much harm.

[She's not startled but something does concern her just a tiny bit.]

You aren't the type that gets pissed if someone steps on flowers or whatever, are you? Just checking.

[He raises an eyebrow, tossing the apple towards her.]

If they're my creations, maybe, but I wouldn't seem to mind it. Is there a problem?
