We've seen, or heard of, what the administrators have done to our souls. Materialized them. Liquefied them. Maybe even put them into our collars, or something absurd like that.

Where does that leave their victims whose souls were materialized/liquefied at the wrong time? Let's say: during a state of possession. Might there be a way to filter out the foreign influence? What of those of us who are physically ill and fragile no matter how many times we die and are resurrected? Shouldn't there be a way to tweak this materialized soul to fix that?

What a sloppy system. It seems to me the administrators are lazy.

For the record, Jason, if you are reading this: yes. I am questioning your professionalism. I am calling you lazy. If you're offended, track me down and punish me all you like, but fix the souls you materialized wrong.

Yo, anon-kun-or-chan. Gonna verify now that they're definitely not in our collars, just to stop any misinformation.

I'm pretty sure from certain experience that our souls are froze at whatever state they grabbed us at - I mean, you can mess with it while you're alive, but once you die and get revived it's going to be the same. You're right that if anyone can change that it'll be him, but... (;¬_¬)

There's no need to be boring either, anon-chan! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

[Why, yes, she's going with the cutesy-er appellation just because of the protest.]

Most of it's first-hand. I'm not gonna explain it in public because it's complicated and because souls are kind of a ~super personal~ thing. But if you're smart and if it really matters that much you can figure out usernames and try to bug me about it sometime.

My theory is it's like, they have something like a file saved, you know? It's like with a video game, you can continue on from that point and mess up massively, but you reset it and you're back. I know a soul can get destroyed here but then you come back anyway, and that's why I think of it like a file.

[That's what Roxas had described it like, when his collar was removed - like his soul was getting torn up. And Sayaka's went through her fair amount of broken soul gems.]

[If she were less interested in the larger conversation, this would be the part where Sayaka would just respond with a long, self-satisfied string of "wwwwwwww." She's totally more mature than that, though, so instead she says-]

Understood, anon-kun~.

If he did mess with anybody's soul in a permanent way, it'd probably be someone with a normal-ish one since it's easier to understand, and I bet whatever happens as a result wouldn't be pretty. But I don't know if it's possible for him to do that, because... I think how it works is we're saved at that one spot no matter what, and then we're anchored in here.

But your initial question was to fix a messed up soul, right? I think that could be possible in here, for us to do, even if it's just a temporary thing.

Whoops! Oh well, if normal people start reviving all weird-like, guess we'll all have to blame poor anon-kun.

We're stuck at one point when it comes to coming back to life, but that doesn't mean anything about the in between, right? If we come up with a fix for something, why not just use it again each time it's needed? It's like fixing a roof. You don't just give up on having a roof because it gets leaks.

Purifying magic. Works for me, most of the time.

But I guess it does depend on the exact problem. You did say possession... If it's an evil spirit that's actively latched on them, I'd say beat it up until it lets go. Exorcize it. Know any priests?
