This is a bit embarrassing, but does anyone know where to find a prosthetic leg or cane? I got into a tangle with one of those new monsters recently and, well, that about explains it, don't you think? Of course I plan to put in a request, but I don't feel much like hopping everywhere in the meantime. Hopping is fun, but it's a lousy way to get around. Thanks for hearing me out.

PS: to the person who rescued me - thank you, and thanks to your friend. Sorry for the trouble. [Yes, she's calling Minato's persona a friend, because what is a persona anyway?]

It hurts to say this, but you're right, I'm in no condition to go anywhere right now. I'm lucky to have gotten to the library!

As for why I think it's hilarious, that's where I lost my leg. The same place where I lost my leg is the same place where I can get a cane or the like...see? ... I guess I'm just trying not to sound broken right now. I've done enough of that.

I see..while that is an odd coincidence, I'm sorry to hear that you were attacked. But I understand how you feel. If you sink into despair, it's hard to help yourself and others.

I'll grab you a cane on my way down, but would you like some bandages too? How badly are you injured?

Exactly. I've had enough of falling into despair, really. I'm done with that.

Actually, someone was nice enough to patch me up. I'm not bleeding anymore, and I don't seem to be in any danger of dying. Still, I am missing a foot, haha.

Right..but you know, if you are feeling sad, it's almost as bad to seal it up as it is to linger in it. There's nothing wrong with feeling sad and crying, it's just lingering and wallowing that can really hurt a person.

But I'm glad to hear that someone was able to patch you up! I'm not that bad at tying bandages, but it's nice to hear that someone was able to help you with that.

[Tohko's..still not going to laugh at this, but she is smiling as she types.]

Hang on a moment then, alright? I'll meet you up in the library in just a few minutes!

[And with that response, Tohko would leave the terminal, run down to the infirmary, pick up a crutch, and wander into the library with it tucked under her arm.]

Actually, I'm - Well. Yeah.

[She's wobbling a little, but obviously trying. She's even being decent enough to arrange her cape so that the limb loss isn't as obvious.]

[Oh..so it was a girl. Tohko sighed at that mistake and hurried over to where she heard the voice. While the cape managed to hide most of the damage, Tohko had a good imagination and could easily picture what was there instead of a leg.]

I'm sorry! I didn't know you were a girl..but I managed to find a good crutch for you. Is one enough, or should I grab another for you?

[As she spoke, Tohko held out the crutch to the girl, smiling a little.]

[She nods and takes the crutch, supporting herself on it.] Mm. Though I'll probably be returning it once I get something that...isn't admin-made, you know? Ha ha. Thank you just the same, though.

Oh, you're welcome! I'm always happy to help. But..I'm not sure if you will get something that the Admins didn't make. And even if you didn't..I'm not sure how different it would be from the crutches or canes you might find in the infirmary.
