So... my world's been destroyed. Yeah, not buying it. It's been tried before, by bigger and, well, probably better than whoever's behind this. In fact, I was sort of in the middle of the whole preventing the apolocypse game show right before I got zapped here, so if I could pretty please go back to that...?

Yeah, didn't think that would work. Well. Hi, everyone? I'm Willow Rosenberg, witch extraordinaire. At least they were nice enough to send me here with clothes and magic supplies. No way am I staying in the white phallus suit.

If someone could fill me in on the features that are not as advertised, I'd appreciate it. I'm sure there's all sorts of stuff to know about this place.

A tour might be nice, too. This is a lotta floors.

Someone else mentioned that to me. Not sure I can figure out what the fascination with oatmeal is, but I'll be sure to.

It actually... is every year? Not every seven years. [Willow sounds vaguely sheepish about it, as if it's somehow her fault.] It's more that we're a popular vacation spot for demons of all sorts, so they like to try to, you know, make it more demon-friendly. Put up permanent residences, restaurants, and okay, this metaphor is going too far. But I guess it is pretty dangerous; I'm just used to it by now.

I've seen that happen before. [frowning, much more business like now] Maybe there's something I can do.

Demons? [Nina is positively shocked.] Oh, ah! Forgive me! I must look really surprised. Even after everything that's happened to me here, that's not something I'm used to. They really come to the town where you live? And they just stay there?

Really? [A mixture of relief, hope and mild skepticism.] Like what?

It's pretty shock-worthy, [she says comfortingly.] They tend to go come and go, but some of them move in on a more permanent basis. But they're not all bad. Some of them, the worst they do is play poker with kittens for currency. Which still, okay, kittens, but not so much with the murder and mayhem. It's... complicated.

I'm not sure - I'd have to know more about the problem. I could try to make it manifest using a spell, but sometimes that ends up manifesting... um... things that we would all prefer stay incorporeal. It'd be best to get more information before trying anything.
