So... my world's been destroyed. Yeah, not buying it. It's been tried before, by bigger and, well, probably better than whoever's behind this. In fact, I was sort of in the middle of the whole preventing the apolocypse game show right before I got zapped here, so if I could pretty please go back to that...?
Yeah, didn't think that would work. Well. Hi, everyone? I'm Willow Rosenberg, witch extraordinaire. At least they were nice enough to send me here with clothes and magic supplies. No way am I staying in the white phallus suit.
If someone could fill me in on the features that are not as advertised, I'd appreciate it. I'm sure there's all sorts of stuff to know about this place.
A tour might be nice, too. This is a lotta floors.

It's more the fact that I've never met a witch who didn't want to kill me. I've been stabbed, scratched, pecked, and nearly been hit in the face with explosive tadpoles. Sorry I'm not exactly a fan of your ilk as a result.
[voice]
The only people I want to kill are... well, no one. The occasional demon goes the way of ashes, but most regular people aren't my jurisdiction. I know some witches are more of the cackling evil type, but no cackling here. I swear.

Oh! [An awkward headscratch.] I don't think anyone's made a concrete map of the tower, come to think. But I know there's a guide some of the others made to help people read between the lines. I don't have a copy, you'd have to ask Minato.
Uh, what else... [Roxas seemed to think for a minute.] ...people get experimented on, and we can't seem to die permanently. That's useful for immediate knowledge.
If I run into him, I'll definitely ask for a copy, thanks. I'm all about reading the manual before I play the game. And see, the experimenting I can sorta expect, but is death really not permanent? [She gets a little frowny over that.] That messes with all sorts of natural laws. I'd think there'd be some kind of repercussion.
no subject
Yeah, I've died twice before. [A frown.] Once was an accident, the other time was because I didn't sleep in my room for a long time. If you do that, you just wither away.
[A pause, and he scratched his head.] Oh, and make sure you eat the oatmeal first or you get really sick.
lmfao poor Roxas i'm so sorry about her a thousand and one pop culture references...
You wither away from not sleeping in your room? [That part actually seems to weird her out.] I guess they really want us to bond with our roommates. You seem okay for having died twice - no ill effects?
... Eat the oatmeal, not the Kool-Aid. Check.

[akshun forever]
Um... yes? I'm going to go with yes. I'm very serious right now. What am I being serious about?
[Yus all the akshun]
About wwitchcraft, and magic.
no subject
Oh - then, yes. Deathly serious. Why, are you an unbeliever? In a place like this? [She just assumes there have to be other magic users around that aren't shy about it, considering the circumstances.]

Good witch, [she repeats firmly.] I seem to be getting that reaction a lot today.
[voice]
Y-yeah. There's, um, kind of a reason for me, not sure about everyone else. I'd say welcome to the tower, but...
[voice]
Welcome is still appropriate! I'm anxious to get home, but I appreciate everyone being friendly. I could be stuck a lot worse places, and trust me, I can think of several.

There's a lot to know. I'm not even sure where to begin.
I... I think you're right, though. About our worlds not being destroyed. [Or at least, she wants to believe Willow is right.]
You should be careful about using the terminals, though. They're useful, but weird things have been happening on them lately.
[voice]
I just can't buy it, personally. That our worlds are gone, I mean-- mine at least has had an annual almost-apocalypse for the past seven years. Telling me this is the one that did it is a little hard to swallow.
... What's been going on on the terminals?
[voice]
You... your world almost ends every seven years? [She sounds slightly disbelieving. It's not that she's skeptical, exactly. Much stranger things have happened here. But it's a lot to take in.] And it has witches, too? It sounds dangerous!
[Her voice darkens.] Yes. We've been here... a voice, and some strange noises. It's... it's horrible. Something is going wrong. It feels like someone is trapped, somehow.

[text] LMFAOOOO IT'S OKAY. I KNOW I'M JUST TOO MUCH FOR YOU
Real witch, not from concentrate, I promise. My spells tend to be a little more visible and, you know, useful than that.
[Cause what if she is a cute girl... God, she was so conflicted about this.]Hey! Nice to meet you. You have a neat name. Maybe we could explore together? If you've seen all the floors already, that's one up on me.
LOL IT'S TRUE I CANNOT HANDLE YOUR EPIC
[Yeah she basically thinks this is the coolest thing ever.]
it's unhandleable.

Greetings, Miss Rosenberg. I am Fawkes.
The best advice I can give you is to always remain wary.
But you can just call me Willow. Can I ask... what are you? Is that rude?
I am a meta-human - and it is not rude.
