Ω → two [video]
[ During the chaos, Wilhelm hadn't been seen at all, until almost a full hour into the monster flood. Despite the screams, violent shaking of the tower, and the destroyed barrier, Wilhelm seems abnormally calm, staring into his compass. For a while, the video continues like this, until Wilhelm takes a sip of his wine, and calmly moves his hand towards a chess piece, only slightly moving it across the board. ]
It begins.
[ He comments quietly. The room he's in appears to be one of the lower levels of the Tower, clear of monsters, at least for now. There's books, of course - Floor Three? - but Wilhelm seems to have found a rather deserted corner of the room without a whole lot in it, to set up his temporary compass-staring desk. ]
[ Directly to T!Allen: ]
Allen, I will need you to find and collect a few people for me, to ensure they are not harmed. Do you understand?

Of course. Who should I look for?

They are not to be harmed in any way.
Derp, meant to say the first one was private, too.

Haruhi is dressed in a formal oriental dress. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and has yellow ribbons in her hair. When you see her, and sense what she is, you will know precisely why I have taken interest in her.
private
Is there anywhere specific you want me to take them?

If they get to you before we're gathered, let me know. My Ethers seem to still be working at about half.

OOC NOTE
But this is action now.
She's mostly alright, but I had to put her to sleep to get her to stop trying to fight on her own.

Action, sometime after Allen dropped her off
Ugh, what the hell...?

[ Wilhelm responded, seated on a nearby armchair in the library, the Compass neatly set down on a chairside table. ]
April, wasn't it? You are safe. Good.
no subject
... You sent that masked guy to get me, right? Why? [She seems more confused than annoyed.]
no subject
[ It's not exactly an attempt to dodge the question, as it is a way to gauge her reaction, and to see if she's suspicious of him. Wilhelm notices she's in pain, but unfortunately, there's very little he can do about that while his powers are toned down so much. ]
no subject
I guess... But I might have been able to survive if I was left to fight, even if I would have ended up with worse injuries... [She tilts her head, her expression unsure but curious, though she's clearly on-guard too.]
... You had me brought here cause you wanted me alive for some reason, then?
no subject
[ Wilhelm didn't move as she approached, and didn't break eye contact. He only listened, showing no physical reaction to her cautious tone, and the fact that she clearly didn't trust him. He was entirely used to that by now. ]
Put simply, yes.
no subject
Though now she looks more confused than anything, and she rubs the back of her neck as she 'hmm's to herself in thought.]
... Then, ah, can you tell me the reason?
no subject
[ In other words... no. ]

no subject
Ahh... yes. The beauty of limited life. The haste that inherently accompanies mortality. Caring only about the plot details before the curtain falls, and nothing about the epilogue or what it means for the stage itself.
[ Turning back to April, he blinks; about the only show of emotion Wilhelm ever actually has. His flair for the dramatic, oddly enough, never has body language that accompanies it. ]
It is such a typically human trait. But if you must know, it is possible that I was able to make out your image in the Compass. That is all I am able to share with you, for now.
no subject
Well, the plot details are important... And I have a tendency to rush into things anyway.
... Compass? Is that it there? [She motions to the device on the chairside table.]
no subject
[ Wilhelm took a moment to look back at the compass, and nodded, turning back to her. ]
Yes.
