Another suggestion: A second passageway can be built to let those who are still out there come in. A password, a codeword - any sort of signal could be made for verification purposes.

Please answer with a response and I will work to my specifications to fulfill this duty.

What percent would you put survival at large at if you make that second passage?

It could get overwhelmed.

If it's even one tenth of a percent lower, it's not worth it.

With the second passage, survival would be rated at 74.95% to 99.95%, depending on if there will be anything more effected by this invasion. We would have to work to get those trapped on the higher floors to the designated areas and then those who are straggling will need a specific codeword in order to get in once areas are sealed.

It is a suggestion, and for those who cannot fight or defend will be able to survive and be out of danger.
