it's seriously too bad we didn't have captain ahab here to warn us about the whale. maybe none of this would have happened. then again, maybe you wouldn't have listened anyway.

Yes, but he died trying to kill a whale whose special properties were that it was big and white. Flying whales filled with monsters would have been out of his reach.

sure, but this one was big too! anyway it's not that he would've killed it, he was real good for warning people about the whale, kept rambling on about it, right? so he'd definitely wouldn't have shut up about it here either! maybe then we would've been more prepared!

do you really think books are nothing but fiction? couldn't they exist in reality in another world? stories all have their own lives.

So you are implying that amongst the infinite number of Universes existing within the Omniverse, an fraction of those Universes are what we call fiction- But they are in fact very real and we merely happens to have imagined them even though they existed since the start?!
