[Well lately has been an utter roller coaster of feelings. To say the least. It'd taken a few days musing (some of those days being distracted by a certain book of notes she'd recieved) to realize that maybe she needed a little help with this.]

So... can anybody tell me about weddings and getting married? Just... different things about it. A friend explained some of it to me but... [A lot of it seemed way over her head.] It was really confusing.

[Maybe hearing a few different thoughts about it would help.]

Yeah... another friend of mine said the same thing about the customs. Do you know any special ones from your world?

Back home they didn't really care about love and stuff like that. At least the people I was with didn't.

[They didn't think they could love. Xion isn't entirely convinced, but then again she's a replica, not a Nobody]

Oh, there are tons from the world I come from! Let's see..there's the Western tradition of a white wedding, where the bride wears all white, and there's a custom of throwing rice at the couple just after they're married, and there's a recent custom of wearing wedding bands, and a custom of partying after the wedding..

[Since Tohko is a book girl, she knows about a lot of wedding customs in her world. She'll just type-ramble about all the different ones she knows before moving on to the second part of what Xion said.]

Although..I'm sorry to hear that the people you were with didn't care about love. That must have been terrible.

Huh... Some of those things sound really strange... [Like the rice throwing. Why would you throw rice, isn't throwing food supposed to be rude?] I wonder why they do that.

And... I guess it's not that they didn't care... they just didn't think they could. I'm not sure I believe it though.

Well, they might sound strange, but there are stories and meanings behind why people do it. For example, people throw rice at newlyweds because they want them to be just as fertile as the rice is! Of course, people have also tossed other sorts of grains at the couples, but rice is the one most commonly used.

...And why didn't they think they could? Were they..incapable of feeling emotions?

[Tohko has dealt with people like that before. It was terribly sad..but she was willing to deal with it again if she could help.]

Huh. That's really cool. Do all different worlds have different customs like that?

[This might be a welcome distraction from trying to study Vexen's notes. And at the second part... Xion pauses, surprised. She hadn't expected anybody to actually figure it out.]

Yeah, that's it. Or at least that's what they thought. But I have friends there, and what I felt with them was real, though

It is! Although..in my universe, people only live on one world, but there are all sorts of different customs, since people live in different places and have different beliefs and stories. However, in your universe, there are probably a lot of different customs as well, since people live on more than one world.

Well..I'm sorry to hear that. Being like that is pretty terrible..but it's nice that you were able to feel and enjoy your times with your friends!
