As for the way you want to talk, it simply implies poor communication skills which does not give a good impression. If you offered something else to judge you with, the way you talk would matter less.

For trusting? Hardly. It is simply about knowing when and who to trust, and what you can trust them with. But, I have no need to worry about betrayal, which is the number one reason a person would refrain from trusting. I will always know what people around me are capable of, and most likely to do in a given situation.
