Yes..for the one in my universe destroys it because he is curious about it and fears it at the same time. He hopes to cure his fear with knowledge, but just damages everything..

There are no such things as gods only beings of immeasurable power. One can reach those heights, some might already be there, they simply don't don that simplistic title.

What's most upsetting is the fact that so many follow them instead of looking to surpass them much like apprentices do to masters.

That's a pretty good way to look at things. I like it already.

[To question God is not something that is ever common to her, not where she comes from. Not when she's done so much murder in His name, too many questions of that kind amounted to heresy, and that was a death too unpleasant. But all the same, she was devout to her very core. They're jerks, mostly. They think pretty much only of themselves, and if they do think of other people then they don't understand what their actions end up doing to them. That's why I don't serve any of them.

Jerks doesn't really cover the God I know. But it's a good start.
