 This is rather interesting.
The note I received upon arriving claims that my world was destroyed, and I have been saved. I’m quite aware it was destroyed, thank you, and I was already saved from the clutches of death and his absurd variety of board games by the game I happened to be playing at the time. In fact, I believe the fact that I was playing this game was the very reason the world was destroyed in the first place. If anyone were to need to be ‘saved’ from this coming apocalypse, it would be someone left behind on earth, would it not? Not I, who was in a certain definition of the word, quite safe where I was.
If it’s not too much for you, my apparent ‘saviors’, I would much appreciate if I were to be placed back exactly where I was previous. I had far too much to do, you see, which was of significant importance to the future well being of myself and my companions. Without me to guide them to safety, your predictions of a destroyed world will in fact come true, and it is simply something I cannot stand for.

i would assume that whichever world you were in at the time was the one taken and destroyed. perhaps you were not as safe as you thought you were. furthermore, by every definition i have ever known, a destroyed world is usually a lifeless wasteland populated mostly by darkness which would almost certainly kill a being after prolonged exposure. i would recommend that you do not attempt to make any contact with such a place, assuming that the provided information has not been false; the keepers of this tower may actually have the ability to send you back, which would be even more of a death sentence than remaining here.
