Notably, it seems that some of you also need a reminder that cannibalism is strictly prohibited. Those found guilty of such a thing will face severe penalties!

I suppose I would also consider any sort of being with an ability to reason to fall under the rule. Therefore animals would of course be exempt, but anything with a human-like mind would not be.

But if they are evil as you say, certainly the acts they commit would be evil as well! If you were to do something that they themselves would do, it is certainly against the rules!
