I hate to bring up such a gruesome topic, of course, but yes, I did find evidence that such a thing had taken place.

I felt it was my duty to make certain that a terrible thing like that does not happen again, my message is meant as a warning.

Ah, not exactly! I was the head of the disciplinary committee at my school, so it was my job to enforce the rules within my school. Law enforcement in general has always been something I had a passion for, though! The law is the glue that holds society together, after all.
